hi sis, usually naka jogging pants and t-shirt lang ako kasi lalaki ang mga trainers 
inaabot ako ng almost 2 hours: 15 mins warm up, 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours training.

aww expensive naman. . sa Sarreal 500 membership then pay 150 every visit nlang, pag hindi member 250 every visit yung bayad. .
there's one in Banawe, not sure kung may malapit sa Makati. .

^that's why i didn't enroll there. i wanted to sana when i was working in makati. kaso ang mahal. samantalang 300 lang yung annual fee sa mandaluyong, where i was training at that time.

Na bang ibamg options sa makati aside from elorde na affordable

^ sis fibia, sa elorde makati ba may locker and shower area? Gustong gusto ko na mag-enroll dito kasi malapit sa workplace ko and I want to do it sana during usual office hours in the morning since my work hours start at 11am. So I would need to take a shower before I go to work. Thanks!

hi mga sis, i know this question has been asked before pero ano yung pinakamurang boxing gloves and san mabibili? yung okay na pang beginner? kasi i will try it this weekend. pwede naman daw magpahiram ang elorde don antonio pero mas hygienic daw kung may sarili ako... i checked pero ang mamahal naman... di ko pa alam if it is the right one for me. kailangan ko ng beginner's and then when im good na (naks) i'll get a better one.

or anyone here selling a pair of gloves? pm me.

Yes but parang 2 rooms lang ang shower nila. Tignan mo muna sis personally pwede ka naman sumilip sa gym since  malapit ka lang. Parang hindi ka maeengganyo magshower hehe.

350/session for nonmember. P100 rental ng gloves.  P50 rental for wraps. Kung talagang trial lang muna at tipid mode, pwede ng magrent ng gloves pero  I suggest you  bring your own wraps nasa 200-300lang sa tobys.

Uy I miss Elorde Don Antonio. More than a month nako hindi bumabalik. Anyway, I say invest ka na sa magandang gloves. Maganda yung Twins na brand. Meron 'to dun sa small sportsshop in Trinoma (forgot the name). Basta yung same row ng nothing but H2O.

If first time mo, keri lang naman na humiram muna para alam mo yung size mo ng gloves.

Gusto ko yung George kasi papagudin ka talaga. Pero last time I trained, wala sya so Phillip yung naassign sakin. Okay lang naman pero madami sya students.

Miss ko na mag box. Sana matapos na exams so I can work out ulit. Haha.

 I was able to buy at toby's park square glorieytta. Super cheap nasa 200+ lang.  Havent used it though.

hello sa mga students ng elorde don antonio! it was my first time there nung monday, ok yung naging trainer ko kaso di ko nakuha name nya. sya ulit hahanapin ko pagbalik ko. nagustuhan ko din yung ladies room, bago-bago pa tsaka kumpleto. medyo masikip nga lang pero pwede na. mukhang mapapadalas ako sa elorde
