^ i tried sarreal kanina. compared to my previous gym, ok siya in terms of exercise. grabe, napagod ako dun! i was able to do 5 rounds sa ring in my previous, now 3 lang sa sarreal and it wasn't because of lack of stamina. it was because [textspeak!] trainer gusto sunod-sunod suntok (which is a good thing since i want to tone my arms). plus i was able to do speedball and that other thingy na nakatali [textspeak!] ball sa ceiling and sa floor (forgot what it's called) which weren't taught to me previously. all in all, im happy with my experience and am considering being a member. although i doubt na i'll be able to box daily kasi sobrang dead ako right now... :) oh, and yeah, maganda ang cr. downside, medyo mainit and walang lockers (with locks at least).

is anyone here interested to join the women's national boxing team? since women's boxing is now part of the Asian Games and the Olympics, the Amateur Boxing Association of the Philippines is looking for lady boxers in the higher weight categories (flyweight, lightweight, and middleweight) to develop and train for international competition. in particular, they are looking for tall girls para may advantage na agad.

this is a serious post ha, baka lang may gustong magtry out dito sa inyo. the abap is looking for potential boxers whom they can hone, and they are willing to train you. if you're confident about your skills or you are really serious about it, just contact me thru trempot@gmail.com so i could refer you to them. i dont check girltalk as often now, so kindly email me if may interested. thanks!

had my second boxing session yesterday at Rizal Memorial under coach Roel Velasco. mas napagod ako this time around kasi pinag-punching bag na ako. the first session kasi punch mitts pa lang ng three rounds, so hindi gaanong nakakapagod. but this time...my gulash, sumusuko nako and couldn't hold up my arms na. hehe. pero ang sarap niya pantanggal ng stress.

just also bought a pair of Windy gloves from Chris Sports. couldn't make time to go to K1 kasi anlayo sa akin. medyo mahal yung Windy compared to Twins, P500 din ang price dif. pero since Thai brand naman siya, ok lang. quality naman eh. :)

Anong brand ba ng hand wraps and gloves ang maganda? How much kaya ang range?
