hi mga sis.. ask ko lang what size ng gloves do you recommend for someone na 5'2 ang height.. which is better yung 10 oz or 12 oz ng twins? thanks

10 oz is a safe bet

Hi mga sis, I want to try boxing din sana. Dati nag-ggym ako pero namamahalan na kasi ako sa monthly dues nila tapos cardio group exercises lang napupuntahan ko..Ask ko lang yung mga nagpupunta sa Sarreal, saan po ang branches nila (or sa banawe lang ba 'to?), how much po ang rates nila and may contact number po ba kayo?
And ano po ba ang mas okay, elorde or sarreal? TIA!

^^alam ko sa banawe lang ang Sarreal. P250 per session pag hindi member. ewan ko lang magkano ang membership at magkano ang rate nila pag member ka.

sa Elorder Gilmore ako dati. wala namang difference ang Elorde at Sarreal. pareho ang routine na papagawa sayo. pati mga gamit, ganun din naman.

ilan pounds... hmm.. depends on how much/regularly you train and how diligent you train

plus othar factors pa (genes, metabolism, work &eating lifestlye, etc)

Training ok lang.. but what you might like is the mega clean CR

sis hotchick...wala sauna sa caloocan.di na din maganda masyado equipments eh.tinanggal daw yun sauna kasi cause daw ng sunog hehe....

ang tagal ko ng hindi nag boxing as in last year pa gusto ko ulit mag try magkano na ba rates ngayun sa makati tsaka sa may mandaluyong, meron pala sa tektite kaso panu ba pumunta dun? date sa may mandaluyong ako eh yung tapat ng mercury drugs ok naman kaso meron pa bang mas maayos na malapit sa ortigas?

magkano na ba gloves ngayun yung cheap lang?

i can't wait to go boxing again. i used to box sa mojo gym but nainjure right wrist ko. im thinking of going to sarreal... same ba siya ng ibang boxing gyms na may mini gym (threadmill and all) din sa loob? im thinking of combining boxing with a regular gym routine din kasi. thanks!

btw, where's sarreal in banawe again? alam ko asan ang sogo(or victoria) but hindi ko mahanap sarreal... and san din ang elorde taft? i think i wanna check both out muna. thanks!
