I lost weightâ€”more of muscleâ€”since I switched from kickboxing to running. Still can't box because of my injury. I'm finding that a muscular build isn't right for me, because my frame is too small.

I do miss boxing, but if ever I do it again, perhaps I won't do it as frequently. I was boxing 4x a week when I got toned.

sis, plan mo ba mag sarreal? sabay tayo if you want! 150-200 ata doon eh. tagal ko na nakapunta.

^^ actually pwede doon per session. P350 pesos per session kasama na trainer. para maka mura, mag pa member ka nalang. P500 pesos gym membership for 1 year then P200 pesos per visit. Di mo naman talaga kelangan talaga sila tawagan. punta ka lang don and they will accomodate you right there and then

- ahh ganun ba?! what time ba sis open till closing?! working kasi ako.. at single mom.. aayusin ko muna ang lahat before I go there. Saka my kickboxing ba dun sis or boxing lang?! yun ang want ko malaman kaya want ko sana tumawag.. hehe, btw thanks sa info sis!

elorde caloocan sa 5th floor ng victory mall. Hanapin ko yun number ha para mapost ko dito may gym din dun...slim and shape same daw sa elorde yun....

^^^ sis ang alam ko til 10 pam sila everyday.... walang kickboxing ata dun sis kasi wala akong nakikita dun nagkikickboxing.. ang alam ko meron dun is muay thai.

^^ Yup! Leave it out in the sun or in front of an electric fan. You can also sprinkle dry detergent or baking soda, then shake them out when you're ready to use them again.

Hayyy, matagal ko nang pangarap makapag-enroll sa boxing gym

but coudn't because of a minor concern, natatakot ako tamaan sa mukha. Baka pagpasok ko sa office kunabukasan, pasa pasa ang mukha ko, mapagkamalan akong battered wife.

Sa mga nagbo-box dito, di ba kayo tinatamaan sa mukha? sorry, sobrang girly ng question ko, but to me it is a valid concern.

mga sis ask ko lang po san ba mas okay sa sarreal or elorde sa maceda, pareho kasi malapit sakin, pero base sa mga nabasa ko ma smarami girls sa sarreal..gusto ko na punta sana mamaya

nightingale, hindi ka matatamaan sa mukha kasi ikaw lang naman susuntok eh. yung trainer, taga salo lang ng suntok mo.

@ nightingale: Yup, as what m_lim said, no need to worry...unless you're one of those accident prone ones.

You'll only be hitting punching bags and speed/floor-to-ceiling balls. If you're up against a trainer, he'll just be wearing mitts to absorb your punches, and he won't be hitting you back.

But my trainer was insisting on training me for sparring, much to my dismay and my violent reactions. Hahaha. He didn't try to aim for my face anyway.

i just had my 2 sessions in sarreal banawe, so far im liking and enjoying boxing..hopefully mag tuloy2

i checked elorde maceda but i dont like it eh..kasi maliit lang yung area and parang luma..with sarreal kasi medyo maluwag and okay yung trainer si richard..inabot ako ng 2 and half hours first session then 2 hrs nung second, pawis as in!
