i dont wanna use naman yung professional skin care products (by dr. alvin) na yan kasi hindi ako masyado tiwala.

i have used kate jones na rin before (their night cream and sunblock) kaso that was years and years ago pa..and mas gusto ko dito talaga.

Their website and fb page have not been updated recently but they are still an active business.

You can purchase your order via their website (not fb) and follow their email instructions. You may call Ms. Elena for your tracking number (if not sent to you). After receiving your tracking number, you may contact XEND for the status of your parcel.

I have observed XEND's online tracking system is not real-time. You may get "TRACKING NOT FOUND" specially for new shipments (probably not entered into their database yet) so emailing them is preferred. Getting through their hotline may be difficult due the volume of calls they receive.

It is common for the tracking number to reflect online AFTER it has been delivered. I was able to track my parcel from last year. I know right? But fret not, the parcel does arrive in time.

Buyers can be hesitant when making online purchases, more so if the seller has no "buyer protection" program or money-back guarantee in place. Kate-Jones requires you to make a full deposit to their bank account as payment before they ship your order. Their payment method can be old fashioned (no PayPal or Credit Card). Do not be shy to make a call.

Nonetheless, my transactions (2) so far have been successful. I hope future buyers will find this informative.


EDIT: I sent a follow up email to XEND asking why their online tracker is not real-time. The response I got was "You're welcome". As usual, clueless customer service representatives who know nothing else beyond their cubicle.

When I was still in college, I remember I used their green peeling oil to peel my underarms. True mamula then magbrown, but when it starts peeling, makikita no shiny new rosy white skin... Pero the area na old skin may shade or shades darker talaga, and the edges of the peeled and unpeeled skin brownish. Nakakapanic but eventually it will even out, follow lang the instructions. ^^ It's easy lang naman to peel the face. It's harder to peel the armpits kasi hindi control.

Hi sis would you recommend to use the underarm package along with laser hair removal for the underarms? Im planning to have touch up kasi and then i plan to use the package after. TIA!

The underarm whitening is really effective.  Mild peeling kasi so magllighten and chicken skin will lessen din.

Hello mga sis! Nakita ko sa UA thread na Kate Jones is selling their products ulit. Dahil OG na nagustuhan 'to ng ilan,gusto kong itry. Nagkashadow kasi armpit ko due to wrobg usage of green peeling oil before. Nirecommend niya yung mild whitening cream. May nakagamit na ba [textspeak!]'n dito? Kumusta?

Just go with whatever is recommended nalang just to be sure.  I was able to use their underarm whitening in the past but then i got pregnant, and decided to go with laser nalang after.  I mean personally, if it were my first time, i'd definitely go for it.
