There are so many vacancies sa government ngayon! I wanna apply rin but I'm a teacher, pwede rin naman sa personnel since I'm a Psych graduate. But I'm really undecided.

kung kunti lang ang interviewhin, marami talaga tanong at matagal kayo matapos

pero kung maraming marami kayo madaliin na nila yan. usually ang matatagalan ay ang mga nauuna sa listahan.

kung central office usually paisa isa yata. province kasi ako kaya pagdating ng oras ko madalian nalang since marami pang kasunod.

[textspeak!] ba usually mga tanung , baka pede pashare para alam ko na expect.. matagal na ako nagwowork sa private eh.. mejo matagal na din since nainterview ako for employment. tsaka first time ko mag apply sa govt.. totoo ba na bawal sabihin na kaya ka nagaapply sa kanila kase gusto mo pagsilbihan  ang gobyerno.. may nagtip sakin nun eh.. true b yun mga sis?

Totoo ba na sa government pag natanggap na sa isang position, halimbawa admin officer I, regular na kaagad? Or probationary muna din kagaya sa private?

^^hindi lahat probationary muna, may mga ilang maswerte (or super lakas ng backer) na regular agad ang position.

For original, permanent appointments, probationary muna for 6 months. automatically becomes permanent after 6 months and there was no negative feedback from your superior. or if there was nega feedback, it was satisfactorily rectified prior to the end of the 6-month period.

How difficult are the employment exams of govt agencies? Parang civil service ba siya?? Planning to take the employment exam at the dfa! Any ideas mga sis?

^I think exam varies per agency. Based on my exam with BIR, hindi talaga siya super hirap but time pressured. And Although it's just basic math, still kelangan mo magreview to refresh memory specially kung kinalawang na tayo.

I have an exam on Thursday next week. GSIS naman. any tips sa mga nakatry na? matagal din ba ang exam nila dito? wala kasi details sa notice. basta it will start 1:30pm lang.

mga 2 hours exam sa gsis. vocabulary na may kalaliman. lol

Sana magkafuture na ako dito sa GSIS. wala na din ako feedback sa BIR. Nagpasa din ako sa NEDA at DENR pero hindi pa rin nagschedule ng exam.

^ speaking of which, NEDA just called. I'm now scheduled for exam on Tuesday. I'm so excited and nervous. From what I've read and heard, sa kanila yung kinokonsider na one of the hardest exams. Wishing my self luck. Dito ko kasi talaga pinakagusto makapasok since I'm an Econ grad.
