^i think mas okay nga mag-walk-in. yun nga lang, nakakapagod, baka kung saan saan ka ituro, or worse makarinig ka ng di maganda from them. (naisip ko lang naman) Another thing is it will eat your time, money and efforts. Still if gusto mo talaga, then go for it! Aja!

saan kayang government agency pwede mag-apply ng walang backer?
nagpasa ako application sa isa sa mga agency sa may east avenue the other day sana pwede doon walang backer.

^^^ I work for PhilRice. Hindi naman nauubusan ng openings dito, but we're province-based kasi.

^ I got into my agency without a backer. IMO, sa LGUs lang naman talamak 'yang backer-backer na 'yan. Sa national agencies, not so much, kasi they do certain processes before they hire their employees.

Like sa'min sa PhilRice, applicants have to take this qualifying (knowledge and psychological) test na magdedetermine kung saang position ka qualified bago ka ipadala sa X division for interview.

I was offered a job sa DILG before and I went through the same process. May exam sa main office, then another exam sa regional office kung saan mo gustong ma-aappoint.

sa Civil Service Commision, no need sa backer i think. Just passed my application before sa office nila tas magmmail na invite ka nila for exam sa regional office. Though medyo matagal process hehe

^^ salamat sa encouragement sis. hopefully ma-schedule for interview ako doon lapit lang kasi samin ng office e, actually kahit medyo malayo okay na rin sakin. 

^ sure doon sa CSC walang backer na needed hahaha ganoon nga lang ata talaga super tagal ang paghihintay.

before nag-apply ako sa pagcor, hindi ko alam na need pala ng civil service eligibility hahah pero may recommendation letter ako kaso may job na ako nung tinawagan nila ako. Asa naman pala yong position na gusto ko 5'2 dapat height ng female hahaha 5'0 lang ako

yung sa pagcor may sabotahe yata ng height 5'1 lang ako sa kanila eh alam ko 5'3 ako.. nagtaka rin yung kasama ko eh..

mga sis tingin ko maganda mag-trabaho sa comelec. hehe i always check their website, laging updated sa vacancies.  nagdadalawang isip lang ako mag-apply kasi ang layo ng intramuros sa Taguig. I'm still hoping sa LRA para within Taguig lang rin.

may mga sis ba tayo nag nagtry as Immigration Officer? last day of application ata April 1 e.

Done with BIR pre-employment exam.
Mahirap talaga at istrikto.
Sa integrity test, hindi pwedeng magkaroon ka ng isang sagot na unfavorable. Dapat average at favorable lang- 65 items
Sa aptitude test, merong 5 subtests, dapat pasado ka lahat ng subtests or else kahit isang subtest na may failure, out kana.
Then personality test na sobrang haba, meron pang computation- 185items
Last ay excel exam for 10minutes. Dapat mabilis kang magtype.

Ito ang nilalaman ng subtest nila:
Spelling- 40items for 10minutes yata
Language- 40items for i think 15 minutes yon
Verbal Ability- 40items (15-20mins???)
Numerical Ability- 40items(25 or 30minutes)
Abstract reasoning- 40items(25 or 30minutes)

Nag migraine ako after ng exam.
96 kami lahat, 47 lang pumasa.

Morning ang exam by 5pm ni release nila, commencement type nakalagay sa sobra tapos roll call kayo.

Interview the following day. Sa morning na interview medyo matagal tagal pero nang hapon na, 2 questions nalang(for me) then konting tsika. Nagmamadali na kasi marami pa ang interviewhin. Panel pala, 7 lahat. Assist Regional Director of HR, 5 RDO at 1 assistant head or OIC yata yon.

Sana lang maipasa ko yon.

May last year. Tinawagan ako Feb this year. Nahuli ako last year kasi June ang exam nila.
Pero meron ako kasabay sa exam mga feb this year din sila nagsubmit. Humabol lang sila sa deadline ng submission ng documents.
