pangarap ko rin noong college palang ako na magwork sa bsp kaya kaming buong barkada kumuha ng csc sub-pro exam. lahat naman kami nakapasa pero di kami sa bsp nagwork sa ibang govt agency na. buong barkada rin kaming nakapasok kasi 3 sa amin doon nag-ojt at ang isa naman eh cum laude kaya madali rin syang nakapasok doon.

after working for 7years sa private, gusto ko na ngayon to work sa government..until now at kahit dito sa manila, PALAKASAN pa din talaga ang main event. hehe..every time i submit an application in a government agency, first question palagi if may kilala ako sa office nila..yung iba naman nagsasabi agad na isubmit ko daw yung resuje ko sa kilala ko from their office..tsktsk..

I worked in a government agency before - I head the media affairs in TV and publication. I inform the people through media the projects, activities of our governor, vice gov and the Sangguniang Panlalawigan members. I was also a Civil Service Professional then. Maganda din sa government, ok naman benefits, lalo na in terms of retirement.

Kaya lang, better mag work sa governemnt agency na hindi involved ang pulitiko kasi alam naman natin nagbabago din ang mga bosses natin (gov,VG, SP) once na tapos na ang term nila or natalo sa eleksyon.

If you are serious though to work, please take a Civil Service Exam muna, and apply sa department na gusto mo.

FYI lang po sa mga gusto talaga mag work sa government. yung mga magsscreen ng application niyo and yung civil service very partti=cular talaga sila sa mga trainings undergone by the applicant. unlike sa ibang private companies, mas focused nila yung work experience mo talaga. although syempre ganun din naman sa government pero malaki factor yung trainings attended, so the more the better. hehe.

mga sis how much ba ang salary pag sa government? my lolo is the regional director kasi of the BIR here sa province namin, no problem naman ako sa civil service kasi cum laude ako.. particular lang ako sa salary kasi kung mababa, sa manila na lang ako hanap ng work.

Sa Government kasi every position has a corresponding salary grade.  Before you apply know first the salary grade of the position, then there is a table where you can look into the corresponding amount for each salary grade the latest was effective June 1, 2011.

Im a registered RN since 2008, is it true hindi na daw need ang magtake ng Civil service exam? How true?

I want to work sa government office, yung 9-5 job. as in office, i don't want my profession kasi. isa ako sa mga Nursing grads na pinilit lang mag aral ng course na yan. Kainis. Tumatanggap kaya sila ng nursing ang tinapos pero office ang job? Wala ako work experience sa hospital, when i passed the board exams, nag call center na ko, I'm still employed with my 1st employer (3 years na ko with them) dito sa call center, but I finally decided to leave them this November.

Ako simple lang ang gusto ko now. Gusto ko na mag stay for good sa province so ang wish ko ay mag work sa munisipyo! Wahahaha! Kaya lang di ko alam how. Need ko lang ng regular paying job kasi mag tatayo ako business pag umuwi na ako sa Laguna.

may chance na sana ako sa RTC last 2009, contractual pero waiting nalang sa plantilla na approve sa SC. Kaya lang di ako tumuloy kasi natakot ako dun sa judge na magiging boss ko. orientation that time, 3 kami new hired, magkatabi kami nakatayo sa pinto, na shock ako kasi ako lang bineso. eh, hindi ako sanay lalo na at lalaki pa..then noong pina fill up na ako ng gov form, saturday pa yun, pinapunta ako sa office kasi mag travel na siya, hinawakan ba naman mga pisngi ko sabay sabi, 'cute'..yucks. then tapos na yon, tinext ba ako na we can talk daw about sa trabaho over dinner..jusko..lalo tuloy akong kinabahan..papirma na sana ako ng contract, di ako nagpakita. nireplyan ko nalang na hindi ako pina resign. ayon, di na nagtext. disappointed yata si lolo judge..
