baka nga ganun sis. basta sis wag ka lang kakabahan, tingin ko naman kaya mo iyon. base sa sinabi mo alam ko na kung bakit di mo na kailangang mag-pro exam sa csc. so kaya mo iyan sis.

yup sa attached agency pa rin ako ng DTI. actually kakatapos lang iyong deadline ng pag-pass ng application para sa open positions ng office namin.

alam ko ok ang benefits sa NEDA. malaki pa ang opportunity maka-avail ng foreign trainings/seminars.

some agencies receive the following:

monthly: meal allowance, hazard pay, laundry allowance
yearly: clothing allowance, productivity pay, 13th month pay, cash bonus

for those who are interested working in the government, try visiting the site of the bangko sentral ng pilipinas. i tried applying there and luckily i passed the interview and the exam but the downside was, they were giving me a casual position, so i had second thoughts of accepting the offer

sis those positions are called co-terminous, meaning, the entrance and continuity in the service is based on the trust and confidence of the appointing authority or of the head of the organizational unit where the former is assigned.

i.e, when the term of service of a senator expires, the staff automatically gets out of the government service also.

if the funding comes from the govt, it's safe to say that you are considered as govt employee, except if you are getting your salary directly from the senator, then you are called a private employee.

@huit: nakapagexam ka na sa NEDA? Di naman ganun kahirap yun. (When I took it kasi fresh grad ako back in 2006). Anong Staff ang inapplyan mo dun??

Anyway.. I'm working in a government agency rin since I graduated from college. At nandito pa rin ako hanggang ngayon. (naggigirltalk haha)hehe

Yup. Economic Development Specialist. Ang Hirap! hahaha. or dahil hindi ako nag aral. hirap ng math eh, may economics pa, like consumer price index.malay ko ba dun.hahaha. san kang govt. agency?

I once worked with Bureau of Customs and Philippine Port Authority peeps.

Ansarap ng buhay ko dun. Free ang food pag training. May personal kang tagahatid at tagasundo sa location ng training. Andaming freebies. Higit sa lahat, dito ko naranasan magtime-in, tapos makikipagdate na sa malls. Babalik ako 2pm na. At uuwi ng saktong 5pm. Turo ng mga seniors, eto daw ang isasagot "Ano ba binabayaran mo sakin, yung oras na nagstay ako dito, or yung output ko at the end of the day?" Gandang katwiran. Haha

nag-apply ako last MAY sa DBP, kahit pano eh pumasa sa exam kaso di ako natanggap. Siguro pa-engot engot ako dun sa 2nd interview ko. Akala ko eh malaki na chance ko na ma-hire kasi na-B.I na ako. Di na nila ako tinawagan nung sinabi ko na di ako willing ma-assign sa ibang province haha. 3 weeks akong depressed nun, sayang kasi lahat ng pagod ko. Sayang. Oh well, that's life ;p

Ngaun, gusto ko naman mag-apply sa landbank kahit teller lang kaso wala naman naka-post sa website nila. Pano po ba makapasok dun? thanks =)
