mga sis.. i need your advice.. CS kase ako, feb ako nanganak and until now la pa period ko..
and nung last month nag contact kami ni hubby.. im afraid baka mabuntis ulit ako..

pwde ba ako mabuntis ulit kahit di pa bumabalik yung period ko??

sis baka nman ur still breastfeeding? if you are matgal pa bgo ka magkaron. well there are chance that you are. its best to take a PT or consult your ob.

may chance sis. nagoovulate muna tayo before magkaroon ng period. mas maliit ang chance though na ma-preggy after giving birth if you exclusively breastfeed your baby.

sis, regular ba talaga ang cycle mo even before your pregnancy pa? and do you exclusively breastfeed your baby? as in 2-3hours interval, no water intake and no other formula/solid food?

if you exclusively breastfeed your baby, within 6months talaga hindi nag kaka period ang mommy... usually ito ha.. dami kasi factor yan if you will use it not to get preggy again.

but if you're not exclusively breastfeeding your baby, and regular talaga cycle mo even before pa, mas malaki chance na preggy ka...

better na mag PT talaga sis..

in my case, my baby will be 11months old next week na, and no period pa din  hehe... pcos kasi ako eh

omg! di ako nag breastfeed.. maka pag pt na nga.. pero wala naman ako nararamdaman any signs ng pregnancy..

^ puwede din kasi na wala kang symptoms until the mid part na ng pregnancy,so better na mag PT ka na sis

girl... basta may contact na walang protection, andun yung possibility that you CAN get preggy

but yung chances that you WILL get preggy depend on soooo many factors...

it could be that your body's still adjusting to the delivery kaya wala pa yung period mo, or irreg pa yung cycle mo...

but like what I've told someone in N@W... may iba ngang magkakapatid na 10 mos lang age difference eh   so if ayaw nyo pa talaga sundan, be more responsible when you make landian

para din mas ma-enjoy nyo yung new baby nyo w/o worries

me too i gave birth feb. baby is 4months na. i'm exclusively breastfeeding..i think  am i bf exclusively if i pump every 6hrs? but my baby is only feeding on my milk and no water. i have stock kasi on my freezer so di ako nauubusan.

my period is weird. parang 2days lang and light lang every 3-4weeks. do we ovulate even if light period lang?

^ sis, usually kasi ang alam ko kapag exclusively breastfed ang baby, walang period sa first 6months... ang pumping must be done 2-3hours, ang iba sabi dapat at least 10feedings ang baby in one day....

so mga sis not considered nako na exclusively breastfeeding even if baby exclusively drinks my milk? she drinks 4oz every 3-4hrs at 4months old.

^tingin ko sis exclusively bfeed pa din si baby. Pero baka hindi mo pwede gamitin ang breastfeeding to not to get preggy... Kasi medyo matagal na yata ang 6hrs interval na pag pump... Ang alam ko kasi dapat follow pa din feeding sched ni baby sa pumping....

exclusive breastfeeding means that your baby gets only breastmilk and nothing else (no solids, no formula, no water).
exclusively breastfeeding does not guarantee that you don't ovulate because there are other factors to consider (age of baby, frequency of feedings, interval between feedings, etc).

bring an extra binder w/you when you go for scheduled cs. that way, you wont have to buy another one when it gets soiled.

Hey everyone! After how many months remove the did you remove the binder?  My ob told me after 1 month you can remover the binder at night then the next month pwedeng wala na. I noticed mga puson area is still swollen so its big pa but my tummy flat. is it really like that pag bikini cut?

i gave birth last year at tmc... who's your ob sis? ang mahal ng singil ng ob ko sa akin kaya galit na galit mom ko sa kanya kasi she told us before magagastos namin 70k-100k for cs tas 50k-70k for normal but it ended up na yung p.f. niya is 80k tas yung sa anes. 40k not included pa hospital bill dun.

Gave birth last April pero up to now wala pa din ako period.. 1 month lang ako nag BF. Then one time nagspotting lang ako. Ganun ba talaga???
