sis tin5716 ang mahal ng singil sayo yung OB ko 40k pero tumawad hubby ko naging 35k tapos sa anes 15k naging 12k

ang mahal talaga... tinawaran na nga siya ng mom ko pati [textspeak!] dentist namin na taga tmc din tried to talk to her pero wala pa rin. sobrang mukhang pera.. and it seems na ayaw niya makipag-usap sa amin para di kami makahingi ng discount. name niya dra. felecitas lector. we never came back to her after ako umalis sa hospital.

mga sis uminom ba kayo ng veno de quina?? parang shoktong daw yun.. para daw lumabas yung dugo..

I never drank any chinese wine, sis.  But with this baby, my first meal should be pesang lapu lapu with lots of sabaw.  That's what my family's chinese friends told me.  I can even get the lapu lapu meat and add misua and sabaw para ibang variety.  It's to help the wound heal fast.  Bawal din daw fruits and veggies for a month.  Lots of ginger dapat para lumabas din ang lamig.  Nothing to lose if I follow

the period coming back has less to do with a CS operation than genetics, habits and level of stress... i believe

I had my period 8 months after my CS operation but that was mostly due to me exclusively breastfeeding... and after that, mga 2-3x na every other month

pero there are moms kahit exclusivebfeeding, after a month meron na (kaya sad yung friend ko, hehe)

^^^ hehe.. ako until now sis, wala pa ding period... mag 10mos na baby ko. i have pcos and i exclusively bfeeding my baby. naka sched na ako to take meds to get my period.

share ko lang pala my fantastic CS experience... kasi despite the hassle of a cut, I felt I recuperated well and wala akong nausea after the surgery...siguro nga kasi different drugs were used on me

got my period na at 9weeks. ang lakas! 1month lang ako nakapagbreastfeed.

mga sis, i need to go to my office this coming 26th, bale 1 month and 1 day post op na ako that day, okay lang ba ang mag commute commute? when kayo nagstart umakyat ng stairs? thanks

Mga sis mga kelan kaya pwede magexercise pag CS? my baby is turning 3 months already.. TIA!

^sis advise sakin ng OB ko after 3 months pa ako pwede mag exercise and magpa full body massage. ask your OB to be sure.

weh, ever since i got home, I'd climb up and down the stairs... and at 10 days, nag-Batangas na kami...

kaya siguro matagal-tagal ang lochia ko...

I was given the go signal for massage and exercise after 2 months... basta light lang...

Barely two months after giving birth nagkaperiod na ko.  Then five months after giving birth, we found out that we were pregnant again.

Ask your OB pa rin. It depends din kasi on your health. I know some moms who were running around and commuting already just days after their C-section.  Ako kasi, i had seroma, so it took me awhile to get back to my normal routine.

sino po na-repeat CS? same OB din ba yung nag CS sa inyo?

me repeat cs same din ob dahil lam nya na mga pangyayari sa pag bubuntis ko.

ako rin repeat cs. One year apart lang.  Pareho rin ni DEZZ reason, same OB kasi alam na niya history ko.  And super bait din nung OB ko kaya hindi na ko naghanap pa ng ibang OB.

ngayon sa 2nd pregnancy ko, same OB pa rin.

mga sis, ganun ba talaga pag CS di pantay yung laki ng puson.. (3mos palang ako after i gave birth..)

yung sakin kase parang may bumps yung left side ng puson ko ( sa taas ng tahi).. e yung right side naman flat na..

nagwoworry tuloy ako baka forever ng ganun.. di na pumantay..
