mapamahiin kasi family ko and natatakot pa si hubby... im almost 3mos post op... kaya ang massage ko lang si hubby lang. hehe...

sarap sana, pero tiis na lang din... kaya pa naman...

Mga sisses, when kaya pwede mag sit-ups/crunches? Medyo active lifestlye me bago pregnancy, gusto ko sana maibalik yun. Hindi ko kasi naitanong ito kay OB e.Please advise

ang sabi ng OB ko, ok lang daw ako maggym na, but NO abdominal exercises within 6 months after giving birth.

ang hirap paliitin agad ang tummy after CS. its almost a month since i gave birth but i'm still feeling a bit of pain. i'm also worried about the scar coz my OB cut me up the classical way. i'm using Contractubex ointment and massage it on my scar. anybody here who's using the same ointment? Is it effective? tia.

ako i used dermatix, this is the one my ob gave me. i used this for 3 days lang kasi i had some reaction. i consulted a derma, sabi nya dapat contractubex lang, kaso ayoko na din bumili kasi ang mahal ng dermatix, nanghihinayang ako itapon. the derma naman advised na pwede ko ulit gamitin within 6mos after giving birth kasi un daw ang healing period ng skin.

as for the tummy sis, abdominal binder worked for me. ako i used it for 2 straight months, konting tiis lang kasi mainit sa balat...so 2 types un ginamit ko, un isa direct sa tahi and un isa, from belly button pataas, just below the breasts, pero worn over your clothes. medyo hassle lang kasi i breastfeed. inisip ko nga if ginamit ko ito longer, baka mas nag-improve pa tummy ko.

i have seen the effects of Contractubex and i'm quite satisfied with it.

i'm also using binder everyday, even when i sleep and it really gives me big relief.

its been 2.5months after i gave birth...ngayon ko na nafeel yung kirot pag cs, lalo na pag malamig. ouch!

6 weeks post op na ako... safe na ba akong mag-travel overseas? sa november pa naman balak kong bumiyahe kasama ang toddler ko.

^ ako sis I travelled a month after I gave birth pero singapore lang yun. Medyo mahirap since makirot pa incision ko but what I did na lang nag-avail ako ng wheelchair in NAIA and Changi Airport para hindi nako pumila and may magbuhat ng gamit ko. it went well naman.

i will be with my 3-yr old son at we opted for the early flight para hindi pa gaano active si kulit. anyway, wala na naman akong nararamdaman na sakit sa incision ko at wala ng discharge. pero ang concern naming mag-asawa ay yung baggages namin.

sis, where are you going? kung US, usually there is usually someone at the airport who can help you naman.

sa Singapore lang... ang likot kasi ng toddler ko. super explore sa airport lalo na kapag nakakita na ng eroplano... hindi naman manghihingi ng papers yung taga-airport just to prove na CS operated ako... papakita ko scar ko sa kanila
