Before I use Pigeon brand as detergent but if wala me nabibili sa grocery I buy the Atooni brand.  Pang baby din sya.  Mas nagustuhan nun nag-aalaga sa baby ko coz she's also the one washing her clothes.  Mas mabilis daw matunaw sa tubig ang Atooni compare sa Pigeon.  For fabric softener I use Downy Cinderella, formulated specially for babies and for those with very sensitive skin.

wer using ariel detergent power and downy anti bac for fabric conditioner..grve kasi lamok sa amin eh! yup it was tested ko na [textspeak!] na hindi sya kinakagat ng lamok kaya mega babad ako ng downy anti hehe

i just shifted to perwoll baby...my nanny says P. baby is much better than cycles. mas madali daw matanggal stains and hindi nag-fade ang colors sa P. baby unlike sa cycles

sis, ano po ba bawal sa baby fabric conditioner or fabric softener? ano ba difference ng dalawa? hanggang ilang taon bawal sa baby yun? TIA

We're using Victoria powdered detergent. Meron pa rin nung bars sa Tiendesitas, sis. May store within the fruits section that sell those.

^Sis, do you use it for your washing machine?  Gumagamit din ako ng Victoria powder kaya lang ang nakakainis dito hindi madaling ma-dissolve.  Madalas may buo-buo pang nakadikit sa damit after washing.

Yes sis, sa washing machine. Pero di kasi ako yung naglalaba so not sure if ganun din sa amin. Tanong ko siya, sis. Ang alam ko though is di siya mabula.

hi sisses! ask ko ang po, i have a son who's a month old palang. okay lang ba na sa age nya eh sa washing machine na namin nilalaundry yung clothes and other stuff nya? and minsan i dont iron his clothes na din. kasi kapag hand wash matagal matuyo. im using cycles detergent. but i want to try yung perwoll baby and yung perla na iggrate. is it effective? i mean kapag nagrate na yung perla tapos lalabhan sa washing machine? thanks.. super!

since birth ng son ko, washing machine na kami.. pero di na namin iron clothes nya unless pang labas at super gusot kasi meron din kami dryer.. fold mo na lang after dryer..

we've tried cycles.. ngayon dreft.. dati pigeon.. i guess yung pag iron ng clothes gagawin pag sampay ang damit kasi baka may mga insekto na maiwan sa clothes and exposed din kasi sa sampayan.. guess ko lang po

^^Sa amin, hand-washed araw-araw.  Maaksaya kasi kung washing machine, kakaunti at maliliit lang naman yung mga damit.  If in a day it can fill a load, I use the machine, like kung may kasamang sheets and towels.  Hindi ko na kasi iniipon yung clothes to fill a load dahil lalong dudumi dahil usually basa yung mga damit at lampin.  We also press everything--clothes, bibs, socks, sheets, etc--para mas ma-'sanitize.'

If you're concerned na matagal matuyo pag handwashed, maybe you can use the machine para lang i-spin yung clothes, mas tipid than using it from wash to spin/dry cycles.

will try out perwoll baby.  i remember using ivory baby and perla for my kids.  good to know there are other options now.

has anyone used downy antibac on their newborns clothes without getting any rashes?

we have tried perla, victoria, and perwoll baby nung newborn si gianna. no fabcon kami noon.
when she turned 3 months yata we changed na to cycles and added downy anti-bac.. no reactions sa skin ni baby.. pero sa akin meron..didn't like the smell of downy antibac masyado matapang we once travelled (1hr trip from tagaytay to paranaque) with one standing pouch na naka-open sa laundry basket..super hilo ang inabot ko.. pagdating ng bahay ibinigay ko sa yaya yung downy..sabi ko don't use that on our clothes anymore sa kanya na lang hahaha!! mula nun nag dell hypo-allergenic na lang kami..ok pa yung scent..mild

^thanks for sharing your story, sis!  Ikaw pa ang nagkaroon ng reaction to the fab con! LOL... I researched on the net and found out that I can use distilled vinegar (it's what I use when I can find a gallon of distilled vinegar)... silly me.. forgot all about trusty ol' vinegar!

i don't like the smell of downy, matapang even if konti lang ang nilagay mo.

we use dell hypo allergenic, mild scent lang cya. then perla white for my baby's clothes.
