my husband is trying to (as in trying talaga) to convince me to travel via this train to albay....but as i try to think what to do within the 10 hour travel...parang ayoko na ata

maganda ba mga sceneries na madadaanan ng train? [textspeak!] naman mga amenities sa loob bukod sa cr at cabin?

ok na daw ang trains going to Bicol. pero parang two weeks ago napapabalita, pangit pa rin ang rails.

^ May napanood ako sa ABS na documentary about PNR. Tapos nagstop sila bigla sa kalagitnaan ng byahe dahil sira yung rail sa isang banda. Parang malapit na gumuho kasi malambot yung land. Scary kung ganun!

I take the train at least once a week from blumentritt station all the way to sucat. It takes about 40 minutes to get to sucat. Pag mainit ang weather super init sin sa loob ng tren sa sobrang siksikan. Pag umuulan malamig naman din sa loob. Sana lang may mga upuan sa mga stations para hindi mahirap maghintay because the train arrives every 30 minutes.

Na-try ko ang PNR trains since 2006... tora-tora train pa. Manila to Gil Puyat and mga 20 mins lang ang travel time. Hindi naman nakakatakot wag ka lang sisilip sa labas lalo na kapag dumadaan sa ilog pasig dahil riles lang talaga ang meron, bukas pa yun door so kapag nalaglag ka ilog pasig bagsak mo. Medyo kabado ako nun una (but my cousin assured me na safe siya - he was travelling Manila to Alabang that time) nun tumagal na nasanay na rin ako.

Before may trip to Bicol na rin ang PNR and as far as what I heard okay naman daw. But the people I've talk to are mostly below middle income earner. So if your sosy or what hindi advisable na sumakay dun noon.

Then the next time I tried it was in 2011... yun bago ng train. Manila to Gil Puyat pa rin grabe sobrang sikip as in tulakan unlike nun tora-tora pa sya hindi ganun kasikip. wahahaha Mas marami na rin office workers ang sumasakay.

So I think I'm gonna try this when I come back home.

I mean how worst it could get during the time I ride it in 2006. Manila-Naga your on my book.

Walking distance lang samin ang PNR tutuban, gusto ko matry sumakay dito papuntang Bicol, kaso wala naman masyadong feedback kung okay or nakakatakot o kahit ano na helpful.....sana mabuhay tong thread na to

San po ba mismo yung station nito sa Blumentritt? nakikita ko lang kasi yung riles pero hindi si station. gusto ko po kasi itry yung blumentritt---alabang..may idea po kayo sa schedule? thanks!

ano pinakamalapit na puwedeng babaan kapag sa Ortigas pupunta?
bukas na ba ito at around 5am?
