We already have a tentative booking at Kamayan EDSA for the reception of my baby's joint baptism & 1st birthday.. And since it is a eat-all-you-can resto hindi na kami kukuha ng food carts or dessert buffet, saka may corkage sila once na nagpasok ka ng any kind of food except for cake, cupcakes, cake pops or any food that will serve as your souvenirs.. 5K downpayment lang ok na unlike sa ibang branch nila na strictly 50%.. & once you have an event there valet parking ang mga guests mo saka mas spacious sya compared to Megamall & Glorietta.. They also have 3 function rooms 30 pax, 60pax & 80pax.. This weekend magpaparesrve na kami para DIYs ko na lang ang iintindihin ko..

Sis forumera, consumable kasi yung 25k. In our case, we'll get the 375/pax package so around 60-65 kami.  But again, depende sa food na kukunin nyo. Kung yung 325 package, mas marami kayo maiinvite.  Kami kasi gusto namin intimate lang kaya ok na yung 60-65 sa amin

Masaya yan, sis!  4 consecutive years nga ako nagpa-birthday kasi nagkasunod daighters ko e (we celebrated their 1st and3rd bdays kasi) ngayon, binyag naman!

1st option sana namin church sa MOA. Totoo ba na super strict sila dun na bawal magpapasok ng guest aside from parents and godparents (yung nakalista lang daw na ninong and ninang)? pati daw lolo and lola bawal?

san ok na reception malapit dun sa MOA? ok ba sa tramway or aristocrat?

We had our daughter baptized at the Shrine of Jesus Parish (the church near MOA) last 7 March 2013 (Thursday). Since weekday yun, we provided the priest. Hindi naman sila naging strict sa amin. Kasi nakapasok naman ang grandparents, yayas, some friends, and our photographer

Reception namin sa Burgoo - SM Mall of Asia. May function room sila and reasonably priced ang buffet packages nila.

Going back to racks el pueblo, i'm planning to do my daughter's christening reception there, someone told me that it could get hot there daw especially at about lunch time, is it true? Alam nyo naman ang summer heat ngayon medyo malala baka hindi kayanan ng aircon nila??

Really?  Naka-reserve ako sa Racks El Pueblo this May.  I'll ask them.  Baka mainit if too crowded yung room?

Actually I'm just planning an intimate lunch with family and a few friends for my daughter's christening, about 40-50 people. I'll be visiting the place later, maybe during lunch so that I can see how hot the place could go.

Pls let me know din, sis.  When we went there kasi, tanghali naman but didn't go inside the function room kasi may party that time.  Yung dining area sa baba, ok naman.  Small party lang din kami -60 pax lang.

i checked rack's el pueblo last week and the a/c's good... and their rates are reasonable also.

planning for our daughter's binyag and our son's 2nd birthday. someone said here they had their reception at Richmonde hotel, any feedback? and any idea on the rates for about 80pax? thanks in advance! same for The Bayleaf in Manila, may rates sa website nila but no idea what the menu consists of, and whether food is great, etc. would appreciate any feedbacks.

For our baby's baptism next month, reception will be at dads. We availed the metrodeal offer of 549 instead of 699 for crossover buffet. Yun nga lang no more freebies daw  like invites, thank you card, balloons pero ok lang kasi we can provide those things naman.

Hi has anyone here tried yakimix as their venue?  I'm the christening of my daughter and the nearest restaurant is yakimix at least eat all you can at the same time they can grill pa

hi sis sorry for the late reply. ok naman sa Shakeys. Nagkasya yung 5 sets na nireserve na na Monster Meal Deal nya for 70 pax. maganda din yung function room nila. Nag-add na lang ako ng rice kasi hindi sya kasama don sa set.Sarili ko din yung giveaways, cake etc... at wala naman silang corkage fee for that
