^Kung 60 sis I think kasya naman comfortably. Yung in-attendan namin before sabe ng friend ko na host, mga 80 daw yung dumating. Ayun ang sikip nga. Plus, kiddie party naman kase yon so may mga kids na naglalaro.

Reserved for 80 pax. 30k lahat na inclusive of food, venue, and sound system.  yung menu wegot included rice, pasta, 4 viands-pork, beef, chicken, and fish, tapos salad, and drinks.  yung cake i got na lang from conti's.  madami yung serving nila, in fact may sobra pa nga.  as for service, i was in ysbael's 8 am pa lang the day ng event to check the set up, and maaga sila nagsetup, our event started at 12 nn. tapos the staff helped me with my diy place cards and balloon photo chandelier pa. very mabait and accommodating naman. as for food, masarap naman daw sabi ng aming guests, so far no gea feedback, not even from my mom na very particular sa lasa ng food.

Sis, pano yung balloon chandelier? I read in te other thread na you printed photos of your baby? Then iaattach lang sa balloons?

yes sis. ganun nga. i got the dea from wedding chicks.  check mo na lang itong link, may instructions and how to's dito re: balloon chandelier. make sure mo lang sis na helium balloons ha? yung hydrogen balloons kasi mabilis lumiit tsaka di kaya magfloat pag may nakaattach na na pictures.

1st option sana namin church sa MOA. Totoo ba na super strict sila dun na bawal magpapasok ng guest aside from parents and godparents (yung nakalista lang daw na ninong and ninang)? pati daw lolo and lola bawal?

san ok na reception malapit dun sa MOA? ok ba sa tramway or aristocrat?

yung ginawa ko was nakalutang. may addl fee pa kasi if i stick decors sa venue. eh kaya naman ng helium balloons. hehe. pero if your venue allows you to stick stuff, pwede mo idikit para secured yung balloons, there might be a tendency kasi na magmove sila.

We're considering Racks El Pueblo for our recrption. Churchslamng Mary the Queen in greenhills. Ok packages sa Racks plus tried and tested na namin na masarap

Sis ysabelsmom, where did you buy the helium balloons? Kahit sang party shop lang ba?
Sis tidbits, dami parking sa el pueblo. Naka-pencil book na kami sa racks el pueblo on may 12. Medyo confusing lang package nila so we need to go there pa and clarify. Sa phone lang kasi ako nag-inquire.

Hi girls! We are planning din to hold my baby's baptism celeb in Racks (El Pueblo). I saw na may mga packages sila but konti lang yung variety like nung cheapest which was 8k+. May I ask kung plan niyo ba is buffet style or per plate? If naghold na naman kayo ng party dun, please pashare naman ng experience niyo. We have yet to visit the place to personally coordinate with them. Thank you!

Sis, have you inquired with racks el pueblo? Ang sinabi kasi nung function mgr sa kin (over the phone), 25k daw package to have the function room reserved for you.  Dun naman sa brochure nila, meron sila packages minimum of 30 pax and wala naman nakalagay about the 25k  kaya naconfuse ako. I'll clarify this with them when i go there next week.  Uung na-attendan namin na racks party in sta rosa, buffet sya.  Also, may corkage sya. Gusto ko sana to get dessert buffet but sabi, per dessert yung corkage of 1k.  So if u have 5 desserts in the dessert buffet, 5k na yun.

Kaya nga sis e. mas mahal pa corkage than the dessert buffet.  1k daw kasi per dish ang corkage so parang they applied the same thing to desserts.  But i think i can negotiate na 1k na lang for the entire dessert buffet. Try ko when we go there next week.
