^^for me sis, may mga ganun buyers.. they forgot na mag-add ng gcash fee but hinahayaan ko nalang minsan eh.. lalo na yung mga repeated buyers. hehe.. maliit na halaga lang naman yung gcash fee eh, ang mahalaga nagbayad siya..

meron ako isang buyer.. nung una lagyan daw ng freebie ang package niya, i agreed naman.. after the payment kulang pa ang binayad.. haha ayaw pa sabihin kung magkano ang total na binayad hangga't sinabi ko na icoconfirm ko sa BPI.. naman! modus operandi eh noh? kulang ng 50 ang bayad niya.. inalis ko na ang freebie nya pero ship ko padin naman.. naawa ako eh.. siguro nahulog ang 50 niya kaya di niya nabayaran.. hehe

May break down invoice ko, clear yung difference ng total if thru bank or Gcash.

Back to the topic, ask her to settle 10 peso fee mukhang di na talaga intended na bayaran.. Or you can ship her package via mc.. Para 40 peso lang..

^^Madaming joy reservers & buyers who don't follow directions. Nakasulat na nga, lahat ng details binigay mo na. Dami pa din problema.. Kung may conflict sa sched at hindi makabayad, I can understand. Pero yung hindi sumunod sa directions na clearly stated & reservers w/o intentions of buying on the agreed date (yung nag-back out all of a sudden kahit pinag-bigyan mo na)..Grrrr

^^Mura na kasi yung benta ko sis Carlyn, free ship pa.. Ano ba naman yung gcash out fee? Pwede din naman sila mag-bayad sa bank, para walang cash out fee. But they decided to pay via Gcash..

^sobrang annoying yung mga ganyan, sobrang simpleng instructions hindi pa masunod, kaya ako I suggested na wag mo iship til masettle yung cash out fee, kahit na P10 lang, para matuto naman siya kasi kung lagi lang siyang nakakalusot gagawin at gagawin niya ulit.

did you asked though kung bakit kulang payment niya? or may sinabi ba siya?

  >  this is my first ever bogus buyer.  actually repeat customer na sya, then the last time she ordered 4 pairs of shoes, ayun nawala na.  at first, sagot pa sa text ko that she's out of town. then nothing.  I cannot contact her cellphone anymore.  I also sent her a message in her multiply account, wala din.  Also messaged her husband (Vincent New) in FB, nothing.  Nagpost ako then in Multiply and FB baka may nakakaalam where to contact her.  May sumagot, her kumare.  Kaso pati sya, natakbuhan ng big sum of money sa supposedly pang business nila.

sakura bloom-ininform kita before i left for vacation na magbabayad ako friday 9-10am i really dont know how gcash works, sa tambunting pawnshop ako nagbayad since yung ang pinaka malapit sakin hassle naman kung pupunta pa ko ng sm or trinoma para lang magbayad kung meron naman mas malapit samin. now, nagbayad ako ang siningil sakin ng cashier is P1632.00 akala ko yun na yung 16.00 na cash out fee akala ko kasama na don yung extra charge nila. its so happen na naiwan ko pa phone ko sa bahay ng mom ko the day i leave manila papuntang pagudpud since 8pm kami umalis, hindi na nga kita tinext na nasend ko na ang payment ko or kung na received mo na kasi may tiwala ako sayo, and yet ilalagay mo pa ko sa bogus buyers? my god! nakakagigil talaga, and FYI babae ako hindi ako "he" sobrang nakaka offend sana naman bago kayo magsulat dito mag isip muna kayo hindi yugn basta may masulat lang at masiraang tao kayo.
 
walang signal sa pagudpud, walang sun and globe. wala ring access sa net. imagine nasa bakasyon ako iisipin ko pa ba ang mga naiwan ko sa manila? kaya nga ko nagbakasyon para mag pahinga man lang diba? ang i made sure na bago ko magbakasyon eh binayaran kita, buti nga 1600 ang binayaran ko hindi yung 16.00 pesos lang.! nagagalit ka dahil sa 16.00? grabe!
 
pag baba namin ng vigan tumawag ako sa bahay just to check yung dumating na yung item so wala pa, naghanap ako sa gamit ko kung natabi ko yung resibo and good thing nasa wallet ko siya kaya natxt kita using my sil's fone. don ko lang nalaman na hindi pala 16.00 yung 32.00 na binayad ko sayo.
 
hindi ka ba makatulog sa 16.00? para siraan mo ko ng ganito? buti sana kung 16.00 ang binayaran ko at hindi yung 1600!
 
and yes,! hindi ko kabisado ang number ko, number ng husband ko kabisado ko pero yugn sakin hindi. hindi ko idedeny yon.
 
sana naman bago kayo mag post at siraan yung mga tao alamin niyo muna yung nangyari. nakakainis lang talaga. sobra!

^I did not know you were going to have a vacation. You did not inform me that. You just told me you can pay Friday. I did not know you were going off the grid, out for a vacation. I hope you informed me earlier. I hope you can just imagine as a seller, when I received your payment na kulang.

I messaged you several times and waited for your reply.. I hope you can imagine my dismay as a seller that I had no contact from you for days..

Hindi kita sinisiraan. I am just sharing my experience with our transaction. It was a misunderstanding. Brought about by lack of communication. Wala din akong alam sa Gcash thru Tambunting. I only transact via Globe centers. Please be aware that every transaction has terms and agreements, even Tambunting. I hope you read their terms about Gcash thru Tambunting, and if they require you to pay a service fee. I hope you read your receipt.  It's also not my fault that you paid 1632 pesos for transacting thru Tambunting.

^As proof that I do understand your circumstance, I have already edited my post concerning this incident.

And I posted the incident here, because my dismay as a seller was not brought about by the measly 16 pesos but the principle behind receiving a payment less than 16 pesos of the invoice, when the terms was clearly stated.

iniform kita na magbabakasyon ako hindi ba sabi mo pa nga sakin na isettle ko before friday dahil saturday magbabakasyon ka naman at 1 week kang wala., grabe yung mga feedback sakin dito, na kung makapag salita alam na alam ang nangyari. im sorry pero hindi ko ieedit to to clarify my side. about sa service fee ng tambunting akala ko kasama na don yung 16.00 na cash out fee mo kasi they asked me for 1632.00 since yun din ang nakalagay sa receipt ko.
 
grabe yung mga comment and feedback sakin dito. so disappointing.

Several people from GT have already bought from me, this is the first time that I received payment na kulang ang bayad.. Just imagine being in my shoes.

as far as i know, ininform kita na magbabakasyon ako hindi ko lang sinabi na sa pagudpud ako pupunta kaya nga gusto mo na isettle ko before tayo pareho magbakasyon, ininform din kita na baka hindi ako makapag ol at makapag text sayo dahil nasa bakasyon nga ako. naintindihan naman kita eh pero para paabutin mo pa sa thread na to at sabihan akong bogus buyer?
 
again, tambunting lang ang pinaka accessible sakin para bayaran ka kaya nga kahit may extra charge willing akong magbayad dahil friday din ang alis namin super hagul na ko sa oras.
 
if i were on your shoes hindi ko ipopost dito sa thread na "bogus buyer" kasi 16.00 lang naman yon, ok fine principle behind that still 16.00 pesos pa rin yon. eh pati buong pangalan at address ko pinost mo. eh kung buong pangalan at add mo kaya ang ipost what would you feel?
 
yes, pareho tayong may natutunan dito. sobra lang ako nag tiwala sayo. this will be my last post sa thread na to ayoko ng palakihin pa kasi the damage has been done.
