Update: this is a very irresponsible buyer. She confirmed twice the PH box but to no avail ,she just listened to my calls but I can hear the background, she paid 5k nevertheless agains P16900.00,and telling me nagmamadali in the end through text. To inform you,sa Japan ang supplies ko ng PH, i have to give the payment for assurance that I can have the items on the duration of delivery. First reason, may trangkaso,second reason, may duty,3rd reason, iba daw account no ko ( this is recorded ,it is impossible that I may be wrong). 4th reason,ano na lang daw because I am in a rush. I explained so many times I have a cut off also to catch up with the desired date of getting the items.
The last two batch,she ordered whitening lotion and I myself capitalized for it,only to tell me ''Wala akong time eh''.... parang wala sa kanya na may gumastos at nagpagod sa order nya.It is good I have tried to sell it to others,good thing may bumili.

Eto update,4 sets na lang daw,then pinapili ko may kulang pang lumalabas sa 4 sets na P500,para di na ko ma stress,,pag di binigay ,refund ko kung ano lang eksakto sa 3sets. I have another bogus buyer/joy reserver. Nagpa-reserve ng foundation tapos nag-pm sa akin na i-reserve ko nga and tinanong pa yung location ko which I find weird in the first place kasi ako ang seller. So tinanong ko siya kung saan yung location niya so I can quote her for shipping. Nag-reply naman so I sent all the details. She even texted me at 3:55am. I still have the text message (and the pms she sent me). She haggled and she said in her text message:

hi sis baka pwede 500 nalang photoready pickup ko pag punta ko ng shang. xxx here.

Again, I find that weird. I already specified my terms: no haggling and shipping lang so I mentioned that to her. I updated her on that day thru text kung tutuloy pa ba niya and even messaged her here pero walang reply tapos makikita ko nalang active pa rin siya. You know who you are, nakakaubos ka ng oras.

The admin/mods deleted my ad na, I think they're cleaning up old posts. Di na talaga ako magbebenta. Nakakawalang gana ang mga tulad mo.

how does most of you deal with joy reservers? wala lang, I'm relatively new to the selling scheme kasi. And while my previous attempt  was a success may mga ilang makulit lang talaga na masyado atang maraming oras sa kamay nila.

I had this someone order daw siya, tapos binago yung order. tapos binago ulit, tapos binago ulit she'll pay in full pa raw. hanggang hindi na nagbayad. wala lang, sana kasi if, we, the sellers, have the courtesy to reply to every query you have, sana they would consider din to have the time to at least inform us na ayaw na niya yung item/s, diba?. kahit walang explanation ok lang. hassle kasi may mga ibang prospective clients na naghihintay. The irony is, it's the same person who doubted me. Baka i-scam ko daw siya. hay buhay.

hi everyone! bago lang ako dito but i've been a lurker for a very long time. I never thought na super hirap pala makipag deal sa makukulit na potential buyers and joy reservers!

I was selling a mulberry for target bag, then immediately this "potential buyer" sent me a message to reserve the bag. so i did and gave her my number. she was asking re dimensions which is already posted on the item description. worst is, she asked if she can get it daw for the CONVERSION PRICE as stated on the the target website plus free shipping.

in my mind, i was like 'ok ka lang, nag negosyo pa ko kung kukunin mo lang din sa price na binili ko at free shipping pa!' i said no. sabi nya hnd na lang daw nya kukunin, kasi parang maliit daw for her. hay, talaga naman!

sori sisses kung mahaba, nakakafrustrate lang minsan.

practice ko to make iwas:
1. text inquiry - isang sagot lang, o 2 kc sayang sa load. advice ko kagad to email their order details and other inquiries. anyways, based sa experience ko, those who send emails are the ones who are really interested.  requirement ko rin ang email for online transactions.
2. ordering - always require at least 50% down payment. no dp, no transaction.
3. if payment is made - always confirm their order; thru email para may record. i'll wait until may confirmation
4. if items need to be shipped, full payment is required.
5. during pick up of items - hindi pwede partial payment lang | kung partial lang ng item kukunin, pay in full yung item na kukunin, yung remaining items, 50% ulit should be paid.

for those who asked baka maloko sila kung sakaling they pay thru bank, or kaya they want to pay na lang when they get the item - my answer to that, for mutual security. hawak naman nila ang deposit slip. sobrang broadcast ang contact info. they can check with fb pa, may website, may location.  at higit sa lahat, i won't sacrifice my 3yrs of service for a small amount.  otherwise, wala silang ibang option. kaysa naman, ako magwait ng payment, hindi naman sila visible lalo na kung i-google mo sila, walang info lumalabas.

ay naku sis. madami na sila ngayon. especially when i sold my pocketbac, jusko umorder ng tig 20's, 30's, tapos after 3 days sasabihin hindi na kukunin kasi they changed their mind or may mas mura pa silang nakuha. o dba? before you reserve, sana iconfirm na. mataray pa naman ako pero nagiging mabait lang ako sa customers ko. pero minsan nakakapanginig ng laman.

^hay naku sis. she reserved one longchamp planetes medium short handle, 1 pc na lang yun and andami nagtatanung sa akin pero since nagpareserve siya hindi ko na inoffer sa iba and take note kinonfirm ko pa ha, we were supposed to meet sa gateway last saturday at 2pm, cannot be reached ang phone niya, until now di man lang magtxt or magsabi kung [textspeak!] na ba, understanding naman ako na seller, if you changed your mind just tell me para ma ioffer ko sa iba and hindi yung naghihintay ako. hay kainis talaga siya, karma na lang.
