^ hi! just to set you straight sis, most , definitely not all, of the "sellers" here in the BB are only sellers of their own personal stash/prebuys that the sellers took a part of the cost  from their own pockets. They sell off their own preloved items, be it bags, shoes, cheap wholesale goodies,whatever.. and most I have seen, have even written their policies regarding reservations in italicized, bold, all-caps format, even underlined and in bigger font. So there, no reason for someone to "reserve" for fun IF IT'S stated at the top of the listing that only serious buyers may reserve

I am speaking for myself, as part of the "sellers that sell their own stash"

I understand you are,  you claim, a "business" that allows reservations (even unsure ones), returns (good for you to be able to handle those but i am of the opinion that "returns" is not really feasible here  in the Philippines) but realistically speaking it doesn't really work that way here in Girltalk or even local businesses.  You can count in one hand those that allow returns for items that have already been tested/tasted/used. Pwede pa siguro if unused AND sealed..Regarding shipping, even sellers here give free shipping if you reach a certain amount or if you ask so nicely. No biggie bout shipping , nothing to comment on. It's how you go about the  deal naman.

Quote ko lang what you said bout taking it personally, well, how would you feel if you turn down a buyer definitely willing to buy  your item (and the moolah is needed or you are just making space) for another who turns out to be bogus? I don't know bout you pero ako i'll definitely get pissed especially since i already stated before hand that reservations are good as sold. Missed opportunities or not, you have an "agreement" and being adults, you have to be responsible for your actions. Kaya nga diba, legal adult ka na and you can go to prison for your actions( should hope it doesn't reach that part naman)... If lahat pwede pala ok lang, pwede naman magback out lang, my goodness! i shudder to think ano na talaga nangyayari sa Pilipinas.

Bottomline is business is business. period.  As you said, kanya kanyang policy lang yan and those are ours.  You may have different policies and good for you since it appears naman  it works for you, well then and good .

 Pasali po,minsan ginagawa ko inform ko na ng cancellation mismo ang buyers if they are ''deadma'' sa numerous notices,text or messages.For pre-order I ask the payment na as long as sure ako ma deliver sa period.
 I guess kanya kanyang policy lang.And sometimes,may mga tao talaga na di iniisip ang expenses or abala sa seller.Meron ako client,na miss ko ang ibang buyers,as assured ako na kukunin at naka booked na sa client,then all of a sudden cancel na lang daw while kasasabi lang papunta na ang inutusan sa bank,LOL. Daming obvious lies.Sayang ang opportunities sa ibang dapat nabentahan mo na but you reserved the item for the buyer who is a joyous reserver pala or pabago bago ng isip.

Also, don't do meet-ups. It defeats the purpose of online shopping. It will also help you avoid customers who don't show up.

It should be a standard by now that orders are to be shipped.

Well, kanya kanya lang yan if  they want to do meet-ups. Actually, meet ups are not bad in the sense that mas may security since you now have a "face" rather just a nickname and probably you will be getting your goods earlier and safely kasi handled rather than in transit. If you prefer shipping, well that's your choice naman.

Errrr, if ako yun bogus, id rather be called bogus rather than dumb, evil,& troubled. Kinda contradicting yun 2 statements mo sis, i noticed lang. Hehe!

ako na-encounter ko lang, after3 days of mayat-maya text asking for more info, authenticity card, receipt, box, booklet etc. (globe siya smart ako), at after grabeng haggling, she said she'll get the item na, biglang she want to check the authenticity sa chronos, then wala na text ulit,.

It's not about me (buyer) but the seller. kasi kukuha ako ng perfumes reselle ko.nung una ko itext yung seller mabilis naman magreply then magpapay nako bukas.di na nagrereply masyado. worried ako baka scammer..kinukuha ko kasi whole address di binibigay eh..yung address ko din di nya tinatanong na dapat itanong kasi diba door to door yun.what do you think? go pa rin ba ako? first time ko kasi bumili online eh. pinapag online ko sa ym para makita ko pics ng mga tinda nya.yung iba lang nakita ko kasi may website sila.di daw makakapag-online dahil may family gathering daw ngayon.

August 19, 2010 (thurs.): said she'll pay early in the morning. didn't received payment. I waited.

August 20, 2010: Said she'll pay before 1pm, So I left the house early bringing her bulky orders 'cause I have some party to attend until night and I can't go back home since she requested JRS as a courier, wanting to get the items the next day. JRS is the farthest among the couriers available from my location. I even went to a supplier to get a box of Tationil for her since I don't stock Tationil anymore.

 

around 1:30pm, Said BDO was closed  due to holidays. I tried understanding and ended up bringing her orders to the party! So embarrasing!

 

 

August 21, 2010 - no payment has been received.

August 22, 2010 - No messages received.

 

All these days, her orders are ready and packed.

 

August 23, 2010 (today) - I texted her past 10am asking to inform me when payment has been made.

before 12 noon she texted saying before 1pm she'' pay thru my BDO cash card.

 

past 1pm she texted saying she's in BDO already.

 

I hurriedly went to JRS so I can ship the items since JRS is far and I want to make sure the orders will be received by tomorrow. Suddenly texted again saying she'll go to the other branch 'casue the line in the BDO where she went initially is too long and she'll be late for her duty.

 

Then she texted again, she can't deposit to my Cash card 'cause the BDO branch reached the limit of cash cards deposits.

Before 2pm I texted her my mom's BDO savings account.. I'm currently in JRS waiting for her payment confirmation.

 

then she suddenly texted: (exact message) sis cancel mo nlng order ko. sorry. balik nlng ako sa dating suplier ko.

 

then (exact message): 1:58pm  sayang ngaun mo pa na send savings accnt#:.meron ka pala..duty p kc ako sis. nagmadaki [textspeak!] ako [textspeak!].umalis n [textspeak!] ng bdo.

BEWARE of this girl!. The first time she ordered she even told me her orders took too long, i'm here in luzon and she's at DAVAO! 2-3 working days as said by the air21 courier.

 

Please don't tolerate this. It's not funny!

Update: this is a very irresponsible buyer. She confirmed twice the PH box but to no avail ,she just listened to my calls but I can hear the background, she paid 5k nevertheless agains P16900.00,and telling me nagmamadali in the end through text. To inform you,sa Japan ang supplies ko ng PH, i have to give the payment for assurance that I can have the items on the duration of delivery. First reason, may trangkaso,second reason, may duty,3rd reason, iba daw account no ko ( this is recorded ,it is impossible that I may be wrong). 4th reason,ano na lang daw because I am in a rush. I explained so many times I have a cut off also to catch up with the desired date of getting the items.
The last two batch,she ordered whitening lotion and I myself capitalized for it,only to tell me ''Wala akong time eh''.... parang wala sa kanya na may gumastos at nagpagod sa order nya.It is good I have tried to sell it to others,good thing may bumili.

good buyers are posted at GT Shopcrazy. no questions,No problems with pre-order. Mabuti kung maliit lang ang order like the lotion,pinabayaan ko kahit gumastos din ako ng capital.
