I need a place near the airport. Bahay sana or townhouse pero ang mamahal and hindi pa kami familiar sa mga lugar sa Paranaque. Batang QC kasi ako talaga. We are thinking of renting first to get to know Paranaque and if ever eventually get a town house or a house if we could afford it.

Any suggestions sisters? If ever ililipat ko din mga anak ko ng school. Nakakapraning, kasi i've lived all here then now, eto na need na talaga lumipat kawawa naman kasi ang asawa ko sa kakabyahe.

^ Sis, baka you want to try places kahit na not near the airport. Feeling ko madali lang naman makarating where your husband works basta somewhere in Paranaque na manggaling. Maybe you can try sa Avida condo infront of SM Sucat or yung Fountain Breeze sa may Patts. For schools naman, depende saang area. There is Manresa School in BF Paranaque or San Beda Alabang.

We will rent a studio condo for the mean time. Well si husband lang dun, the owner agreed for a 6mos short term contract. This will give us time to rethink everything and what will our final decisions be.
We are thinking of (not final) prolly getting a unit in Azure or Avida Sucat or San Lorenzo. Hold off siguro muna the house plans since I've experienced P'que for 2-3 days, we stayed in the condo during the weekend and pinakikiramdaman ko pa ang sarili ko if i'll relocate, transfer for good and leave everything behind.

^So how was your stay at the condo? How much are you renting it for? Magkakaron din pala ng Amaia sa Sucat road. You might want to check that out. Then another SM here sa may BF. Feeling ko mas madami kasi pwede mapuntahan and gawin this side of Sucat than the one near the airport or sanayan lang din talaga.

Ok naman, getting used to things pa. Pinapakiramdaman ko ang sarili ko, low cost condo siya so walang anything to do, sabi eventually mgkaka pool and other recreational amenities. We rent it for P7500. Ok na din kasi bago and malapit lang sa work ni husband. 3 buildings pa lang ang gawa. Tiring day since the unit is bare, we had to get basic stuff to get us by for the night. Nag MOA kami before going to the condo to check "Our Home" but they don't ship same day or next day, pipila ka pa for delivery so the usual 3 working days, and then later within the day SM Bicutan (first time ko, lol) kami namili. So pagod talaga. The next day inantay lang namin yung delivery then umuwi na kami sa QC after lunch.

I really wanted to see the good/better side of Paranaque. May similarities din from Nova except for some bigger roads (actually mas mapuno pa dito) bigger cuts on house lots, overlooking the condo is Moonwalk ata or Merville. Mansiones ang houses. Pero siguro kasi nga we stayed near the Dona Soledad (ata) part (di ako sigurado) kaya I'm having second thoughts na. lol.

But in terms of accessibility, the condo is right in front of a bayad center (pero i pay bills online. lol) and konting lakad there's a market/talipapa cor e.rodriguez and dona soledad.

I might be back tom with the husband since he has work and i'll buy add-on stuff and hopefully i get used to the set-up, eventually maka-ikot pa and check san ba kami (if ever) mgrerelocate dito.

Betterliving area pala kayo. I know Dona Soledad is in Better and we call SM Bicutan as SMB.  Ma-traffic dyan di ba? There's a shortcut going to Sucat, sa Valley 1 ang daan. There are a lot of condos na din in that area. Our family friend has a unit in Siena Park. You can try to go further sa Alabang. There's Alabang Town Center, Festivall Mall etc. Explore lang sis. Malay mo you'll like it here sa South.

Hahaha, alam mo sis, wala akong idea. Ang alam ko lang Dona Soledad yung road na yun. As per the condo owner she lives in Better Living which is very near pero di ko alam san yun banda.

I come from a place na normal ang traffic. So yung traffic na nakita ko nun weekend was nothing.(Read: Fairview, Commonwealth lol.) May kausap na kami na agent ng DMCI, haven't checked the place though si husband lang, ako naman i just checked the pics of their model units online. Parang naliitan ako sa 2BR units nila and nun tinuro sa akin on the way home, yung mga nasa baba nun condo ang view mga bubong ng informal settlers. Also, I've read dito sa GT na may mga kumuha dun na may nega feedback. Some say better daw yung Arista.

Sana nga sis, kasi jan ngwowork ang husband ko. Sana makapag-adjust and makapag adapt na kami. Kids ko magkaiba din ang gusto. yung isa gusto new friends daw and experiences, yung isa ayaw, kasi mamimiss nya ang friends nya. hehe.... I'll be back tom to buy stuff for the condo.
