hello! That would depend on the kind of apartment you have in mind. We have several and they're doing well. But our units are low end. The most expensive is a 2 bedroom unit at 5K. We have 1 bedroom units and studio types. Recently we also dipped into the very low end (studio type but communal bathroom)

We're always at 90% vacancy. There are two other apartment complex nearby, more on the pricey side, never silang napuno.
