^tin, we used Pigeon laundry detergent nung una.. after consuming 1 box, we switched to Cycles.. 2 boxes naubos namin.. then Dreft naman.. when Kyle turned 2, gamit na namin ang ordinary detergent

Passed by Robinson's Galleria kanina, they have a 10% sale on playpens na hindi premium brands (hindi Graco or Chicco or Esprit).  Yung isa 25% pa.  So Ashworthy, Ashbaby (ashby?), Disney, Jolly, Great carrier, Looney Tunes at some Taiwanese/Thai-made brands are on sale. 

Pansin ko din ha parang mas magaling ang sales pitch ng mga salesmen sa Galleria.  Yung isa as in tumalon-talon pa sya sa loob ng crib.  Lahat sila todo collapse ng mga bassinet.  Yung nagtitinda ng Graco nagsales talk pa ng dahilan kung bakit brown lang ang kulay na available nila.  I appreciate the effort, malamang dito na kami sa Galleria bibili ng playpen.

I got my baby a set from Rustan's- the Aussino brand. No thread count but really soft. Design is also nice- decent, unlike those other brands with loud winnie the pooh or mickey mouse patterns. I would have gotten her the dwell set but it's oh so pricey so for her pampalit- I desperately looked for Babies Direct. Unfortunately they've pulled out all of their stocks from the malls and only Baby & Co Rockwell carries their line- too bad you can no longer get a set from them. I had to mix and match the comforter, pillow and bolster case. All the pieces are in 350thread count.

ask ko lang po kung san nakakabili ng sheet o fitting sa carrier, not for the stroller po, yung garterized sa paligid carrier. ty

Aussino is really nice but pricey. We have 2 comforters that we bought in SG 2 years back and they're still in top condition and they're super soft. For Zoe though, we got her comforters and other linens from Owen tapos the rest mga SM baby co na gifts na from friends.

^^sis golda i think some are available thru multiply sellers. if i'm not mistaken, proudmamastore has a few designs for the carrier/carseat. check mo na lang online. not sure but parang it was selling for 600-1K dami designs. i think even un seats for shopping carts they have. hth

got 2 Owen mattress from SM yesterday 10% off. it's super soft  and feels malamig to the skin compared to any other fancy brand i saw. i also liked the design. i was looking for something with a high thread count but i was informed wala daw.

sisses, question. for those who are using playpens (especially graco pack n play), did you still buy a mattress or comforter for it? or sufficient na yung bed that goes with the playpen?

^we used to use a playpen pero hindi gracco.. we used Safety 1st mattress.. hindi kami gumamit ng comforter or blanket.. we just had 1 pillow for our son to avoid SIDS..

^ playpen user also pero chicco. We use a comforter lang for the bassinet. It's soft enough naman. We make sure lang to always tightly tuck the edges para iwas sids. Will buy a mattress siguro pag yung lower part na gamit namin.

meron ako nakita sa online shop, adjustable wooden cribs parang sa sm, mas mura sya. im planning to buy soon. ang ginagawa nila minimeet nila ang buyers half way.

yes sis.. bumili kami ng separate mattress.. around 3 inches ata yung thickness ng mattress.. dito din sa playpen nagstart matuto maglakad baby ko..

Kay daughter ko, hindi na kmi nag-additional mattress or comforter... May infant pillow lang sya & blanket/kumot (pag lang sobrang malamig)

about Graco play pens... were using it for our 2nd baby.  We just put the flat sheet for the mattress/pad that comes with it.  Then put the comforter for sleeping.  For playing, just the flat sheet is okay with us.

Went to Rustan's kanina, and surprisingly some Graco cribs are on sale. I was able to get a Graco Roll a Bed for P6,750. That's from 8k++ or 9k ata. Buti nalang i didn't buy the basic Pack n Play last week kasi halos same price narin sila, but this one's longer until 2-3 yrs old siguro pupwede dun. It's still pack n play parin naman.

Has anyone tried this crib before?
