I really don't eat lechon and I cannot eat it without sarsa like mang tomas pero the lechon in Carcar Cebu the best! andami ko nakain kahit no sarsa.Yum yum talaga ang lasa! I think they also make the best chicharon.

I miss it tuloy!

Buti sis rocky na try namin yang ricos last June 2015... kailangan maaga at mauubusan ka ng lechon. Hehe! We like their spicy lechon. Next goal ko na matikman... Carcar lechon. :-)

^ +1 sa Sabroso, mas nagustuhan ko than Elars but masarap din naman ang Elars compared sa iba dito sa Metro Manila.

Lechon bought at Carcar market in Cebu is still the best for me.
No need for sawsawan (no exag here).. Walang sinabi mga commercialized lechon.

Never been a fan of lechon. When I went to Cebu, I tried the famous lechon restaurants there. Name it. I was so disappointed cos I could not really see the hype. Nothing spectacular. When I went to Oslob, the van driver insisted on dropping by and eat at Carcar public market. When I ate there, I said, Now, this is what's worth the hype. Carcar lechon tastes wayyyyyyyy far better than of those famous "kuno" lechon restaurants found in Cebu City.

If your taste buds liked those lechon found in the city, wait till you taste the ones from Carcar. Absolutely the best!
