Cebu lechon pa rin kami. Any lechon basta from Cebu still never fails us. Hubby ordered 4K worth na lechon to be picked up at the airport on the 31st for our family reunion.

Lechon Cebu will be part of our Media Noche menu we'll buy from Hecky's siguro... Gusto kasi nila yung oven baked e, healthier daw. Haha!!

^^That's why we always order direct from the source. Di mo kasi alam kung talaga ngang galing sa Cebu yung lechon if one orders from here. Unless ikaw mismo mag-claim sa airport.

^Some parts talaga medyo maalat that's why ang partner sawsawan is suka with sili or onions.

^^ sa hecky's naman na we ordered hindi maalat.. Baka dahil oven baked? Pero disappointing when we bought one kilo last Media Noche, pangit ng binigay.. Konti yung laman puro buto amd balat na di na malutong...

^ okay naman, masarap even without sauce & hindi oily minsan lang panget yung part na nabibigay, konti laman. I cannot recall if P85 or P95 yung 100g, then 1/4 kilo is P200 ata. A little more pricey than regular lechon. Yesterday we tried their combo meal. For P95, you get rice, 2 viands (sis picked lechon chopsuey and paksiw. But you can choose from menudo, bopis, paksiw, humba, dinuguan.. Forgot na yung iba!) and soup. Pwede rin 1 or 3 viands then the price varies nalang. meron din sila lechon sisig for P150 ata yung one whole order.

Looking forward to our Cebu trip next week. We'll definitely be visiting Zubuchon restaurant at Mango avenue and be taking home some of Cebu's lechon. Yummy!

Ordered from Saboroso and they overcharged us for delivery!  until now they haven't refunded us yet and I have been making a follow up. Inis!!

definitely lechon cebu! we always order from CnT...dati i asked my hubby who is cebuano bakit walang sarsa yung lechon  nila, sabi nya no need na daw kasi malasa na on its own and true enough masarap nga...funny thing is that we're here in cebu but haven't tried zubuchon yet

^ na feature kasi siya sis sa show ni Andrew Bourdain sa TLC  "No Reservations" -- he said: Filipino lechon is "the best pig ever" ...kaya madameng na curious... kaya pag balik namen ng Cebu this October hindi ko palalagpasin yun hopefully ma-try den naman yung Rico's Lechon...

elar's is good, cnt is better, but we always get our lechon from Cagayan De Oro.. taga dun kasi yung relatives ni hubby.. masarap din parang cebu lechon.. want to try pritchon..
