I prefer lechon from manila, love elar's, than cebu's, masyadong maalat cebu's lechon for my taste.

Cebu lechon kasi is best eaten when dipped in vinegar. it's kinda salty nga kasi.

i've tried different kinds na:

1. Rico's from cebu-super yummy pero no air shipment to manila
2. CNT- minsan sablay pero convenient cause they arrange the air shipment
3. Sabroso- too much lemongrass, pero pwede mag order bt the kilo
4. Cebuana's Native Lechon by Abub- eto ang super duper pinaka masarap, pati mga friends kong chefs, tumbling dito. I've been ordering this for years and every time lagi akong tinatanong. Ang daming garlic. Free delivery around ortigas area. Ang crispy ng skin, super init pag dating and napakasarap ng meat nya.

We had Alejo's from Cebu last weekend. Taste was yummy! But pansin ko parang hallow yung tummy part? Wondering tuloy if they made bawas... The skin wasn't crispy anymore maybe because it was shipped all the way to Mla pa. But we all loved the saltiness

Hennessey Lechon Cebu from Mercato. Even without lechon sauce it was still very tasty

next weekend ulit.
