Here in metro? Elar's. Hands down. 

Please don't buy from Ping Ping. Ever. We once bought there and then the smell was funky, plus there was still blood like it's not cooked properly.  Also, our driver mentioned that he lived near a piggery before and saw dead pigs being delivered to Ping Ping's.  Double dead na.  Baka may disease na yun or something.

for me the best yung lechon na inoorder namin sa tacloban and cebu.hehe.mainit init pa pag dineliver dito sa manila.oh di ba?! lol

According to Anthony Bourdain in No Reservations, the "best pig ever" is lechon, and he had it in Cebu. The people behind it are now marketing that lechon as Zubuchon, but I think it's only available in Cebu.

before we order mostly from elar, but lately i prefer sabroso more. CNT is also my default choice in cebu. Want to try lechon family and leonardo's, heard good reviews about them.
