honestly, wala pa akong natitikman na lechon here in NCR na mas sasarap pa sa lechon in Cebu and Camiguin.

sa may anabu coastal, imus cavite sis.. along emilio aguinaldo highway. they have banners. lampas lang ng konti sa anabu coastal. sarap to the bones. hehe!

just bought lydia's this morning. hindi na masarap. i used to love their lechon, ako p naman ang unang customer kasi 7 am bumili nako .ngccrave kasi daughter ko.

not satisfied sobra, i can't say naman na hindi bagong luto kasi crispy yung balat, yung meat mismo medyo maalat and hindi masarap yung timpla na.

bad idea na napadaan ako sa thread nato,:p biglang nag crave ako ng Lechon Cebu, gusto ko na tuloy pumunta ng MOA dun lang ako nakakita ng lechon cebu (food court)

^ may lechon cebu pala dun sis sa MOA? mala CNT den ba ang way of eating? i mean ganun den ang set up ng sawsawan? or may mang tomas pa sa kanila?

we ordered WALLEN'S Lechon Tacloban sa may Mindanao Ave. last week. Ang sarap n'ya promise, dito sa Manila so far dun palang ako nasarapan sa lechon nila native kasi ang gamit nilang pig. Next time try ko rin ang ambroso masarap din daw eh.

mukhang masarap nga kaso sa cebu lang ako nakakakain ng lechon kasi parang lutong luto at d maputi ang loob na part nung lechon. Ganun din ba sa sabroso? Sabagay pwede 1 kg lang kaya ok na subukan

^^saan banda yan sa mindanao sis? Ang sabroso sis native din ang ginagamit based sa nakalagay sa multiply site nila pati lechon family (sa may n. Domingo) native din ang gamit sa lechon. Yun kasi raw malaki factor kaya masarap lechon nila sabi sa lechon family nung huli kami na nag order. May free dinuguan kasama nung inorder namin sa lechon family nga pala.

^sis kahit walang sauce yung saboroso lechon masarap parin sya. what i liked about it sobrang crispy parin yung skin kahit medjo matagal na sya and kahit naka aircon yung room

-- sa food court lang sis, i forgot the name though. walang sawsawan. lechon kung lechon lang, kasi malasa naman talaga. Masaya na ako dun sa lechon na yun whenever i have cravings for Cebu lechon.

Baybayin mo lang ang Mindanao Ave. nasa left side s'ya if you were from North Edsa. Kahilira ng Pizza Hut, harap ng Our Lady of Assumption Church. Kaya lang sis wala silang free, native din ang gamit nila masarap lalo na ang loob kasi puno ng lemon grass.
Bwt sabroso, malayo kasi sa amin pero pinag pa-planohan na namin ng mister ko i try.

yung inorder naming elar's lechon nung october 10, masarap naman. super crisp nung balat tsaka malambot at malasa yung laman. kaso lang late dumating!

elar's lechon is good.

i love lechon cebu but i'm not familiar with sellers.

you may also want to try the 5-ways lechon by claude tayag in pampanga. read more about it here. i tried this a few months ago and it was super yummy! my favorite was the lechon tortilla (similar to pritchon but the meat is deep fried and flaked).

cochinillo sa El Cirkulo (kailangan order in advance); may appetizer din sila na cochinillo, pwede na instead of an entire lechon. Nagugutom na tuloy ako!

According to Anthony Bourdain in No Reservations, the "best pig ever" is lechon, and he had it in Cebu. The people behind it are now marketing that lechon as Zubuchon, but I think it's only available in Cebu.
