is there a place in manila that we can rent (it can be a house or resort) for a weekend overnight that can accomodate 20people (5families with kids kase). Amenities sana may swimming pool, playarea, wifi/internet, bastketball/badminton court. Then magdadala na lang kami nang food or order or magpapacater/hire a chef for the day kami whichever is cheaper. Para sana hindi ubos sa travel time and gasolina.

I have an american visitor coming here mid august for 5-7days. He is in his late 30s. I have no idea on where to bring him. I want to be a good host. Any suggestions? I was thinking first of bringing him to cebu but since may hours in a day that he or me needs to be here in manila, it is not possible. But most of his time is free so he can go places. Nearby manila din is good if overnight/day tour or at least 2 hours drive.

I have been a stay at home mom for more than 3 years. Never been out much. I really have no idea of what is the best resto, bar, activity and such. Please help and thanks

I have a colleague who wants to travel to Manila ro a 3 days vacation. Ang hirap naman magrecommend ng places to visit kasi wala naman masyado makikita sa Manila and it's not safe for foreigners to travel on their own.

hi sis rocky. yup, a westerner officemate approached me about travelling to manila. Wala naman ako maisip na tourist spot na pwede puntahan sa manila aside siguro sa intramuros. Pero for me not worth it naman puntahan yun. I told them to visit boracay or cebu instead.

just in case wala pang nagpo-post: FREE entrance and National Museum for the whole month of October! Open Tuesday to Sunday, 10AM to 5PM. Photography is allowed as long as you don't use a flash. Nice things to see are the paintings of Luna,Amorsolo, Botong Francisco...tapos may bagong exhibit pa sa second floor ng mga Pinoy textiles! Yun yung pinakita nina Loren Legarda nung bumisita si Queen Sofia of Spain

^why not take the bus? It's fun! We took the bus to Baguio recently. It's more convenient.

Hi! There are flights that stop in Manila before heading to Cebu- our final destination. I've been wondering if it would better to stay a couple of days in Manila or just skip it altogether and fly direct to Cebu. I'm interested in historical museums, art galleries, theater... pero yung uniquely Filipino talaga. Hindi yung tipong revival ng Miss Saigon

Usually, nasa capital city yung mga ganito pero I don't know if Manila has enough of it to be worth the pain of suffering through the infamous NAIA airport and traffic.

di ko alam kung saan pwede ilagay yung tanong ko..saan kaya pwede kami magbakasyon na malapit lang dito sa Manila.gusto ko kasi mag outing kami mag asawa,kasama baby namin 2 years old.kaya lang yun sana malapit lang ng Manila,kasi di naman sanay mag drive ng malayo hubby ko.yun sana may hotel pwede kami dun mag stay kahit 2 days tapos may pool or hot spring/beaches..sorry ha,di pa kasi kami nakapag outing ng malayo.pinaka malayo napuntahan namin mag asawa EK yata,naligaw pa kami..wala rin kasi ako idea.Thanks
