for those with an older child, up to what age were you able to use the sling/baby carrier? i have a toddler, not sure if it's still safe to use the sling.

^ sis depende sa sling and depende sa size ng kid mo. i have a babasling and pwede pa din yung toddler ko. my sling's max weight is 15-18kg, and my 3yro is payat 13kg lang. so i use it with my bunso who is turning 4mos, and my yaya and sometimes hubby uses it w/ my 3yro toddler. ngayon pa lang kasi ako nag sisimula buhatin si toddler kasi CS delivery ako.

^thanks sis! next9 ang sling ko. sobrang useful when my toddler was an infant. am thinking of bringing it out and checking kung kaya ko pa siya. i forget what her weight is now.. need to check baby book. sometimes kasi ayaw mag-stroller, naglalambing at gusto carry lang.

which one should i buy? saya carrier or the next9 sling? (prepping pa lang ako for baby's arrival.)

i'm still hesitant to use my saya carrier for my 1-mo old baby... should i wait until my baby has stronger neck na? what do you guys think??

Loved my saya very much when I still had it. I found it easier to use... the sling for me was a bit of a chore, which is why I sold it after only using it once or twice. Ended up selling my saya as well after hubby and I bought a beco gemini soft-structured carrier. The good thing about the carrier is that we can share it, unlike the saya which was my size, so we had to always bring 2 carriers before (me = saya, hubby = bjorn).

i think much better sis if medyo older na si baby, may mga nababasa kasi akong articles na possible ma suffocate si baby eh. mabilis lang naman ang panahon

I've read that some of the baby k' tan mommies were not able to get the correct size for them and ended up not using it. Please help me with the size, I'm planning to get one online, and it's a bit tricky to get the size esp. if I will share it with my husband.

I'm confused on the size, whether to get xs or s. I can fit for xs/small dresses while my husband's t-shirts are mostly small size. I'm petite.

Ring Sling for me. Fits all sizes so share kame ni yaya and since ang bilis umaki ni baby, pwede adjust.  The pouch is easy to use coz no need for adjustment after washing pero na outgrow na niya.

To our other sissies: whats the difference with saya and baby k tan?prang halos same kase sila.pero im leaning towards the k tan.parang mas ok kc position ni baby pag maliit pa.lying down pos. Parang sa saya mas mahirap.un [textspeak!] mas expensivek tan. Aprica parang ok din

I'm using a SSK from Saya, since my baby was 6 weeks old, so far okay naman, the trick is even if naka Saya kailangan mo lang support ang baby lalo na pag weak pa ang neck, whenever I use the Saya, I make sure pa din na may support si baby, in fairness I am handsfree pag naka Saya ako. PLUS, mahimbing tulog ng baby while naka Saya sya.
