ultimate coffee lover/addict here..  hindi gagana ang body system ko ng walang kape..hehe.. morning coffee ko is San Mig coffee Strong then pag bumibili sa mga coffee shops Cafe Americano lang talaga for hot blend and Espresso frap for cold blend..type ko din coffee float ng Jollibee..

Masarap pa rin yung Koppicino ng kopiko even without the choco granules on top, dagdag factor lang yung choco granules effect . I hope hindi magbago yung lasa pag tumagal. CBTL caramel ice blended, nasarapan ako dito, i dunno why hehe! pero masarap siya sa panlasa ko. Ultimate ice blended, mas pricey siya kesa sa caramel ice blended pero mas prefer ko pa rin ang caramel.

Sino dito ang naka try ng Civet Cat Coffee? Is it good? Curious kasi ako dito.

^it's really nothing special except that the beans are harvested from the cat's poo. I couldn't tell the difference from regular brewed coffee. By the way, if you are buying civet coffee ask where and how it was harvested. Local coffee are usually harvested from civet cats in captivity. I wouldn't buy those! Kawawa mga cats!

^ditto. its only special because of the process but the taste is just the same with other brewed coffee. and yes kawawa ang mga cats. i think nakatali sila (long tali) so btter for the coffee farmers to collect the poo.

^^^If you're a casual coffee drinker and can't tell the difference among coffee varieties (robusta, excelsa, arabica, etc) then most likely you won't be able to taste the difference when you drink alamid. Also, since it's expensive and not a lot of people buy it, I think in most of the coffee shops where it's served, the grounds/beans are already stale. I buy mine from a farm, not a coffee shop or distributor. I don't mind that much whether the civets are free-range or not. When I eat in a restaurant or buy from the grocery, I don't ask either whether they use free-range beef, pork, poultry or seafood (although sometimes I buy free-range chicken too).

I suggest you try it and see for yourself. It's good to try new things.

^ When it comes to coffee napaka arte ko talaga kasi hindi ako contented if hindi dark roast/espresso. And importante talaga sa akin yung aroma kasi yung iba coffee parang walang epek sa akin. Kaya't ayun ang parati ko binibili is yung starbucks dark roast or cafe verona kasi dun lang ako contento. Napaisip ako and I realized of not buying that Civet Cat Coffee. Thanks to all who answered!

I'll post my review here though this is about coffee creamer...I so HATE the new coffeemate flavored creamer. It totally ruins the taste of your coffee. Nagiging cheap lasa ng coffee mo even if you use premium ones.

@DV, I'm a coffee drinker. I have tried our local alamid and the kopi luwak from Indonesia. I actually make it a point to try the different cuisines and coffees of the places I travel to. So, yes I can tell the difference if it's good coffee or something just hyped up.

I just tried one of the new flavors of 3-in-1 Nescafe.  I tried Chocolate flavor, tastes good but too light for me  so I just added more instant coffee.

recommend kayo ng good coffee shops na masarap yung iced coffee. starbucks lang kasi ako palagi e. yung prices sana medyo kahanay lang din ng starbucks or lower.

^I like majority ng iced coffee sa Gloria Jean's, javanilla shake ng SBC, and iced white chocolate dream ng CBTL. For me their iced coffee are all better than Starbucks, but Starbucks has the best service by far.
