Goldland Millenia Suites in Ortigas is good for party. They are not strict as well.

I'm still torn between Linden and Astoria plaza. Sa agoda kasi Linden is 5k for 1BR no breakfast. Sa astoria 4,800+ with breakfast. Kaso as per reviews Strict sa Astoria. But I'm still considering it kasi wala naman mag iingay samen kasi puro medyo oldies na ang bisita since its my mom surprise 50th birthday party.

So what do you think between Liden and Astoria?

Btw, been to linden, haven't tried Astoria yet.

^yes I agree. Mas cheaper if direct ka magbook. Not online ha? Better call them or visit the hotel. From what I know 5.5k 2br na pero without breakfast, but still 2br naman yun.

Tumawag na ko sa Linden. P7,500 sya for 1 BR with breakfast for 2. Wala daw silang without breakfast. Saan yang P5,500 na 2BR sis?

^when yung party niyo sis? nakakuha kasi kami ng 3 bedroom with no breakfast for 6,500 nung march, tapos we'll have another team building this month and alam ko 6,500 din yung binayaran ng team lead ko.

Anyway, i called them just now to reserve din. Nagiiba nga sila ng rate depende sa sales officer. I think they have commisions kaya tinataasan nila. I suggest to tell them na you already called before and iba sinabe na rate. Sabi sakin knina 8k yng 2br nila w/o breakfast then I told them tumawag na husband ko and bgay skanyang rate is 5.5k. The S.O told me na 2br deluxe daw yun. Then I insist na, no Suites ang ininquire ni hubby dahil yun ang need namin. Yung S.O laging "let me check maam" pero feeling ko hindi naman sya nagchecheck.hehe! Ayun sbe 6k dw 2br suites. [textspeak!] tinaasan pa rin ng 500. I asked their 3br suites, 6.5k daw so ayun na lang pinareserve ko.

^keri lang sis. minsan ako rin nalilito kung sino yung nag post. baka nga depende sa sales officer. buti na lang okay yung mga natatapat sa amin tuwing tumatawag kami.

oo nga kung 500 lang naman ang difference ng 2 br and 3 br, better get the 3 br na lang.

maybe you can try calling linden ulit and inquire, pag mataas yung rate na binigay mo sa yo, maybe you can tell them na 5.5k lang yung initial na bigay sa yo sa 2 br, baka ibigay nga sa yo ng lower price like kay sis emmrie.

Kelan sis purple_girl ang check in nyo? Magpapasok ba kayo ng beers/liquors? Alam ko kasi 1bottle pag hard and 24pcs pag in cans and walang corkage. Eh sa case namin feeling ko more than that.hehe! Pano ko kaya ipasok yng iba na di mkkita? Have you tried na?

^malamang magdadala sila. i don't drink kaya di ko gaano concern yun. although, the last time we checked in, merong may mga dalang liquor, medyo marami pa nga. di ko lang sure kung paano naipasok since pagdating ko andun na rin yung drinks. most probably, nilagay nila sa ilalim ng bag yung mga drinks.

Nice tip. Sige mga sis I'll try it. Actually OK na ko sa 1BR. Magkano kaya pwede ibigay yung 1BR? Sa agoda kasi 5k without breakfast. So kung 5,500 2BR, un nlang kukunin ko. Or much better if I can get the 1BR on a cheaper price. Pero infairness nakakainis pala talaga yung nakausap ko, binigay nya ng P7,500 yung1BR, sobrang mahal!

^sobrang overpriced naman yun sis. kung ganun din lang ang rate, better na online booking na lang, di hamak na cheaper. dummy booking that i did online for a 3 bedroom was only 7300, yung 1 bedroom namam was only 5k, i'm assuming cheaper talaga pag direct.

attended 2 Bridal showers maganda and sound proof sa malayan plaza, hassle lang dun is 1 access card so kailangan may susundo sa lobby sa mga late na bisita

spent my 30th birthday sa holiday inn glorietta, deluxe kami (2Beds) 8 lang kami pero d naman kami nasita, d rin mahigpit sa potluck namin pero we made sure na 2 lang magovernight kasi may buffet breakfast pa may access card din pero 2 naman

celebrated christmas party nung dec 14 lang with my GT sisters in BSA hotel sa ortigas. mahaba pila... tagal bago makacheckin, 1 lang din access card pero d mahigpit sa potluck namin, un lang nakabasag kami ng isang table lamp (nasagi ng guest naming toddler) hayun 3k damage. overall so-so lang sya compared sa malayan and holiday inn
