^ Torre Venezia has 2 bedroom loft type with living room for less less than 3k i think. Sa may timog sya, thats why Im asking kung sino na nakastay dito and if ok for parties =)

I tried Astoria and Linden  na.
Hmm.. Astoria strict, ilan beses kami nakatok, e, maingay kasi because we celebrated our college grad e.

linden naman, ok din, but hassle may keycard e. Also, nakatok din kami, mga once or twice, celebration party naman.

Both are very spacious and modern

Question naman, suggest naman please na pwedeng budget mga 10k, allows us to bring liquor, pwede kahit madami, hindi masyado nagkakatok? We will be having our high school reunion . Estimated mga siguro 20+ kami. Important na spacious, kasi magulo kami e, Hehe parang highschool talaga and yun pwede magluto

Yes may keycard din ang linden. I fnd it astig yet a hassle. Atleast alam mo yun, bawal ang gatecrashers hehe. and if i remember right, not very sure with this one, effective lang sa floor mo? i remember ngstairs pa kami going to other floors. Parang ha. Hindi ko na maalala, december last year pa kasi

^ hi sis! that would be great suggestion sana, kaso all of us are working individuals, some are taking MA, others taking law, etc, hindi kaya na mag out of town pa kami,even for a weekend.. Yun sana unang plan, but na-shelve and usapan nalang namin is a hotel party overnight din.

Nakita ko rates ng Torrezia and sobrang mura kaso sana hinde sila strict kase dito ko sana gusto mag-baby shower.

^ kaya nga sis eh, ako din naghihintay lang na may magcomment dito. It's a condotel like lancaster, it shouldn't be strict kasi may mga tenants din.

wala ng tatalo sa PARQUE ESPANA sa Alabang...it's a condotel so you have a choice if you want a 2BR or a 3BR tapos maluwag ang kitchen and living room (LCD tv pa) overnight stay costs P6500 for a 2BR and P7500 for a 3BR...check it out!

Sis, thanks! Just finished my birthday at Lancaster. Maliit nga living room. Carry naman sa place. I loved our stay. Dami lang hassle nung birthday kaya konti enjoy lang.

Next stop - sa Linden Suites naman.
