Hotels that are not strict for party

I love parties done at hotel rooms, last time we tried lancaster hotel in Ortigas and we had a blast. This year, we want to try out some new hotels. I have read about Linden Suites and Astoria Plaza to have spacious living rooms. Any other suggestions?

Anyone who also tried Torre Venezia in QC? Discovery Suites in Ortigas? Please share your feedbacks =) TIA

Sa lancaster suites we were noisy singing till morning but no one knocked or called to say keep quiet hehe! I am wondering if ganito din kaya sa kanila? Sana soundproof para di gaanong dinig. Also, gaano kaya kaluwag ang floor area for 1 bedroom ng Astoria? Yung living room lang naman ang important e. TIA

We've tried Discovery Suites for my friend's bridal shower. Ok naman sya. May living room and kitchen plus utensils kaya pwedeng mag reheat ng leftovers for midnight snack.

Feeling ko, maganda rin ang sound proofing kasi we had hilarious games and nobody came knocking to ask us to keep it down

Pero one thing nga pala about Discovery Suites which we found inconvenient...your guests cannot go up to your room without the card key. Kaya you have to go down everytime may dadating na bisita para sunduin sila. Medyo hassle siya that way but if sabay-sabay naman kayo dadating, then no prolem.

late last yr, we did our teambuilding in ascott, 11 or 12k overnight.  2BR unit.  with breakfast for two.  nobody complained about the magic sing and the wii, so i guess relatively soundproof naman ang rooms.

for astoria, i think you can get a 1BR for 4-5k, with bfast for two din.  not sure about the soundproofing tho.

A few years back, we also threw a surprise party with just family members for my father-in-law sa Holiday Inn Galleria. We looked at the Penthouse Suite, may kasama na food courtesy of the hotel kasi they are renting it out yata talaga for parties. Pricey sya, kaya we settled for a 2BR suite.

One of the more generous floor space ang sa Holiday Inn Galleria, as in malaki talaga yung area. May living room and dining area pero walang working kitchen. Meron syang bar area with bar stools pero wala namang glasses and utensils.

Hindi rin sya strict sa pagpasok ng mga bisita and with the number of people who can stay overnight. As of now, mga nasa 9-9.5k overnight with free breakfast buffet for 4 pax.

you may also try legend villa in mandaluyong. last christmas my college friends and i had a reunion there mga nasa 5k lang yung binayaran sa place more or less. yung room supposedly for 6 people lang pero mga 18 kami na nag stay dun. lol hindi naman sila strict kahit maingay. bawal lang magpasok ng alcohol pero nakapagtakas kami ng drinks kasi hindi naman sila nag check. ok naman yung place kasi parang bahay, may sala and kitchen tapos sa taas yung room.

^ I might just go for astoria nga. I am just wondering how big is the living room for 1 bedroom. Kasi di naman namin kailangan ng 2 bedrooms e.

sis, try calling the hotels that you are considering. You may ask them naman for the floor area of the rooms.

Best bet value for money would be  (cheapest to pricey):

1. Legend Villas
2. Astoria
3. Linden Suites

Okay ang Discovery but hassle nga ang going up and down to get a guest becoz of the key. At least now in Disciv, pwede na pa deliver ng food. Before kase inde pwede. Also, non smoking na ang buong Discov Hotel kaya badtrip       Pero kame hala sige yosi paden

hotels are aware and knows who the "paid entertainers" are. They just have a way of knowing it. A friend of mine who's a GM in a 5 star hotel said that they just let it pass to protect the privacy of their guests. They only step in when there's child molestation involved.

They have undercover security which you think are guests waiting or roaming around but they're part of the security team pala. Sorry off topic na.
