hi guys,

im also interested in studying fashion design but i preferred fashion styling more. im planning to enroll at FIP, classes start on monday.
i wonder if there are any GT sisses who are aslo enrolling?

Hi sis, natuloy ka ba? I also wanted to take up this class kaso I can't start this early. I might enrol in the next offering. That would be end of August ata. Ok ba yun course?

Hi Sis,

I took up Basic Fashion Design under Sir John Herrera. Super cool and bait ng mga tao dito. Last Feb pa yun and that's 9,500 for 16 sessions (Saturdays only 9 am - 1 pm).

I can say na marami ka talaga matutunan sa FIP kasi napakaaccomodating saka modern talaga yung mga concepta na tinuturo nila. Plus yung networking with other fashion designers is priceless

planning to enroll din in october pa nga lang.. kasi tatapusin ko muna wedding preps and paglilipat bahay after ng wedding.. kaso wala pang sked, sana hindi muna ulit sila magtaas ng rate..

FIP is competitive naman when it comes to their techniques in design .. i am a graduate here .. mejo nastop lang from designing because i got pregnant and high-risk ..

i just studied basic fashion design in fip and okay siya. di ako talaga marunong magdraw and i won't say na biglang magaling na ako ngayon. it really takes practice. pero very helpful and very enjoyable siya for me.

as for the merchandising class, i looove it!! i guess that's because yun talaga ang gusto kong aspect more than the creatives/design itself.

i'm also enrolled in advanced fashion design and fashion styling, but i'm not so sure about the styling kung gusto ko or not. i don't plan to be a stylist naman per se. hmm.

^^incorporated na daw ang buying. they dissolved the buying course eh.

^try mo sa fip. feeling ko okay siya kasi they really teach you illustration, correct proportions, etc.

11,500 lang naman each and feeling ko substantial siya.

all in one na siya sis.. nun nagtake din ako niyan it was merchandising and buying now just merchandising nandun na yung buying
