i bought arbutin soap by sara med sa sm; im hoping na effective to sa kin, so far, what i notice is that, smooth ang skin ko after using it. anyone who has tried arbutin soap by sara med?

Hi! Pa-join sisses. Just new here. Is the arbutin lotion you are using the one with alpha arbutin.  I read that not all arbutin lotion are equal.  Mas maganda daw [textspeak!] ALPHA ARBUTIN not just plain arbutin.  For users of alpha arbutin, where did you buy? Thanks.

ako i am using yung arbutin lotion ng bcp and arbutin cream and i find it effective pero mejo expensive siya pero di naman din ganun kamahal. gulo ko ba. hehe. meron din sila soap na may arbutin plus 4 other whitening ingredients. happy din ako sa soap ang bilis ng effect niya.

Alpha Arbutin...

Alpha Arbutin is naturally derived extract from plants that are native to the northern Canadian prairie region. The most significant extract is the Rumex variety. Alpha Arbutin inhibits the activity of tyrosinase much more effectively than its beta version, by up to ten times. There are two forms of Arbutin - the ALPHA and the BETA one. Both are tyrosinase inhibitors. Structurally a-ARBUTIN (4-hydroxphenyl-a-D-glucopyranoside) is an A-glucoside and b-ARBUTIN a B-glucoside. The A-glucosidic bond offers higher stability and efficacy than the b-Arbutin.The alpha form offers higher stability and efficacy leading to a skin lightening active that acts faster and more efficiently with significant skin lightening results. Studies show little if any skin irritation. It is also purported to reduce erythema (reddening of the skin).

This is a great ingredient, and preferable over b-Arbutin anyday. The drawback is that a sunscreen must be worn everyday as there is a weakening of skincells while you use it, this ceases once AA is stopped.

Ang bcp o stalder ba safe talaga? may nabasa ako reviews before na hydroquinone daw ang content ng mga products nila kaya nakakaputi, pero may nagsabi pinalitan na daw yung formulation arbutin na daw ata nilalagay hindi na hydroquinone, sana totoo...

I just bought arbutin lotion, tska 4-1 cream, gaano po katagal bago makita ang effect? Medyo pnimple ako this final stretch of school, now im a applying for a job which requires clear skin. Infairness natatakpan nman ng concealer, but eventually gets a bit visible after a couple of hours, when the concealer wears off na. Im not pimple prone naman, just those final days of schooling, stress, took a tall on my skin, tsk

arbutin soap is very effective in skin lightening for me. im also using Mistine lotion, it has alpha-arbutin. i use it as my night lotion.
