Where to eat at Serendra/High Street? :)

^sis pasagot - big bird (or birds?) yung katabi ng crave. yung chicken inasal it's near dayrit's, reyes bbq ganyan.. tago to sis eh. pag napapadaan lang ako saka ko lang naaalala na ay, meron nga palang inasal dito. try ko nga minsan since maganda review ni sis stormy.

^inasal din ang tinda dun sa birds nagclose yan before tapos kagulat.. Nag open ulit, parang walang pinagpabago. hehe yung pwuesto ng chicken charlie yung ang dating teazzle (sadly nagclose na dahil naglabasan na ang serenitea, chatime at happy lemon sa the fort.)

^true, nawala na kasi wala halos nabili. Dating wendy's na naging mga food carts (mini pizza, mixed balls etc). Sayang sana magkaroon ulit nyang isang area na puro food carts sa BGC.

Kapag umuulan subukan nyo sa slmc dahi open area halos lahat parking facility sa BGC. Yung katapat ng bizu (market cafe ba name nun?) gusto ko itry mukhang masarap ang food.

Finally tried bugsys na. Dinner kami now lang for mothers day super sulit! Sarap ng food (yung review ko nasa Latest Food Discovery thread) comment ko lang, ang bagal ng service. The servers doesn't seem so attentive rin. If ayaw nyo rin ng amoy yosi, medyo off sa inyo yung place. Sana they do something para the resto bar will smell better...

Masarap yon Crave burger and onion rings but konti lang serving ng onion rings nila.

Agave Mexican Cantina..Mabilis ang service and masarap ang food. Pretty din ang mga waitress. 
I always order their Combo meals. less 300 lang pero sulit!
I love their enchiladas and pizza, too!
And yeah, Margarita!!

You noticed that din pala. The waiters there are parang irritated to wait on people. Even if you ask them for the menu cus you wanna order something else, parang tinatamad sila. Anyway, their food is ok considering the price. Their steak is kinda good too.

^ will try the steak next time. Yah, yung lang nakakainis.. parang labag sa loob nila mag-serve. Then pag may inask ka sa kanila about sa menu/ food, parang tinatamad sumagot & may pagkamasungit. Saka napansin ko kasi syempre may mga inaayos sila na utensils and stuff, ang ingay. Alam mo yung binabagsak dun sa drawers, and even yung bukas-sara ng cabinets. Pwede naman dahan-dahan. I've been to other resto-bars pero di naman ganun Panira ng mood kasi ok sana food e! Di nga kami nag-tip kagabi.

^Oh yeah, saken pa naman big factor ang customer service when it comes to restos. Last time we ate there pati, lahat halos wala. Tapos parang si waiter pa ang naiinis na wala yung items na gusto namin

any recommendations po where to dine for father's day?

family of 4 lang kami. kaso di pa type ng mga kids ang fine dining food. konti kasi servings. hehe
pero kami ni hubby, like naman namin yung we treat ourselves to fine dining once in a while.

any suggestions po as to what resto would cater to the kids' prefernce and ours?

^ Bugsy's has big servings pero kids might not like the ambiance.. Bar setting kasi and amoy yosi talaga. Try Uncle Cheffy in Burgos Circle, Gram's Diner in BGC Crossroads (i wanna try this too), or Sentro, Conti's in Serendra if with the kids.

Natry ko na din yung basic burger nila na 110 at yung onion rings na 95.. Di ako nasarapan eh, sayang yung pera.. Napilitan lang ako ubusin.. Wala siyang dating.

^I totally agree. I prefer Burger Avenue at Fort Strip. Bigger servings too tapos mas mura ng konti kesa Crave.

@u8mypink, yes di namin tina-try ang bugsy's kahit ilang beses na namin dapat susubukan kasi amoy sigarilyo sa labas pa lang (sadly pati chicken and beer e ganito rin)

Open na ang racks sa fort strip.

Sa BHS central gusto ko yun nolita tapos upo lang sa labas para makatakbo anak ko

^Bugsys is really more of a bar than it is a resto. Plus, suplado wait staff nila

^ Let's try not to generalize    I like the steak at Bugsy's.  Those who love steak can also try mamou.  The size is not as big as the one in gulliver's but it's pretty good too.

That's sad to hear na panget experience nyo sa service sa Bugsy's. Akala ko same owner sila ng Dillingers 1903 sa Greenbelt? I had a great experience when I redeemed my Dillingers voucher eh, the service was excellent.

Mango Tree - Authentic thai food. medyo pricey, pero nice ang ambiance and service. the food is very yummy too..
