paano yun pag mula bata pa eh maitim ang tuhod at siko? may pag asa pa ba yun? naalala ko kasi yung anak ng kuya ni bf na 6 years old, nagamit na ng mga whitening lotion??? cgro mga nc45-50 yun.

hi sisses! I know there are water based sunblocks you can buy in the market.  That wont irritate your skin too much.  Just make sure it is water based and preferably buy the sunblock from a trusted source.  But it is true that we all need sunblock to protect our skin from UV rays.  I know of a friend who used to drink isotret before then she would always go out for field work, and bilis niya mangitim.  So I told her to use sunblock everyday so she will not get dark easily. 

I also have regular Saluta IV gluta shots from a trusted clinic. 
I use sunblock everyday spf 30 (water based)
kate jones regular whitening cream for my ua and groin area
kate jones Kojic Acid Soap then dove soap
Vaseline whitening lotion at night

Much better kung sa derma ka bibili.
I got my sunblock sa derma dito sa Cavite,
SPF 50 waterbased sya

I stopped taking oral, mas mabilis ang effect kung mag bi bleach

I use marquee white henna
soap chips (perla papaya)
hydrogen peroxide 10%solution(para hindi mag blonde yung balahibo ko)
for bleaching..
 
First, mag scrub muna ko - Milk Salt or KB salt - 10mins
Then Bleaching
Then, ill use johnson's milk bath..

Don't forget to use sunblock!!!!
(To be used every other day for maximum efficacy)


Ambilis ng result !!
After use mapapansin mo ng pumushaw yung kolor mo..
But you'll appreciate it more after a week pa..

PRO's cheap, effective and safe ..
CON's time consuming and you should be patriotic with this regimen..
From my experince, I stopped for a week, (I also stopped using sunblock)

sisses question for those using tawas buo in their bath.. ask ko lang mabilis ba talaga siya matunaw? nilagay ko kasi siya before ako matulog sa water na gagamitin ko for tomorrow's bath.. tapos inexpect ko na malaki pa yung matitira, tapos yun pala natunaw na lahat.. mga kasing laki ng fist yung natunaw. ibig sabihin pala every bath kung ganon ang gagawin ko is 45 each bath.. tapos 90 per day kung twice a day ggawin ko yun.. naisip ko lang hindi kaya fake yung nabili ko na tawas na buo? may fake ba non? thanks sis

nagpapa quick bleach ako  morena kasi ako as in i'm so dark parang ang color ko nasa nc40-45 pero hindi ako palagi nagpapa quick bleach, may interval na 3-4 months

^ Usana Mega Antioxidant & Chelated Mineral. I don't take proflavanol regularly kase some say nakaka cause sya ng pimples. True kaya? Tapos I take Hepasil before going to bed

Maka "Natural Ingredients" kasi ako. I use home remedies to aid my facial needs. Ang gamit ko at lemon+baking soda then I use it as facial scrub then eggwhite mask twice a week para blemish free + small pores effect narin. Mahal kasi talaga magbibili ng mga creams lalo na pag branded. Same effect din naman kung natural ang gagamitin. 100% safe pa!

^^ sis how much yung mega antioxidant? i use proflavanol dati, hindi naman ako nagkapimples.. i drink atc grapeseed oil ngayon pero gusto ko uli yung proflavanol.. what does it do pala yung chelated mineral ng proflavanol? thanks

yes whole body. Sa lets face it tomas morato,ground floor ng imperial suites. Its near abs-cbn kasi alam mo na kapag stress sa opisina.i just dont know kung sa ibang branch okay din although sa ortigas rob nagtry ako once bumalik padin ako sa tomas branch maybe kasi hiyang nako sa kanila and syempre ibabandera mo yung naked body mo mas okay na isa lang lage ang gagawa.nadiscover ko lang to way back 2008 or 2009 tapos up until now nagpapa quick bleach pa din ako sabe nila after 2 or 3 months pwede kana ule magpaganon kaso parang i find it very drying kung susundin mo yung ganon kasi chemical sya sis eh. kaya ginagawa ko pag feel ko lang na need na ng katawan ko na magpa bleach like pag dull na talaga. may mga binebenta din sila na pang maintain bumili ako non twice pero after non hindi na kasi nagrarashes ako sa lotion nila. kaya i'm still searching kung anong the best whitening lotion. And reminder lang kapag morena ka wala pong solusyon na biglang carmina na yung pagkaputi kahit sa gluta hindi ka din naman puputi mag goglow ka lang, in my case pumuti ako pero hindi yung puti na gusto ko na parang artistahin,siguro kelangan years pa bago makakita ako ng result na pumuti ako ng bongga.kuminang din yung balat ko parang banat dahil ata sa collagen kasama sa gluta.

sis,okay naman yung quick bleach? lang hours pag whole body.. nagpapa ganun din kase ko dati nung mga sumunod na diko na gusto. dati kase as in yung hair ko sa legs di visible pag nagpapa quick bleach ako nun as in white instant.. yung now nagtry ako ndi na,kita padin yung mga insects bites.nakakainis! di na katulad dati yung quick bleach.. ask ko lang kung same effect din sayo. salamat po.

i tried yung tawas na bato kanina.. and parang umitim ako.. ganun ba talaga? hindi ata ako hiyang.. o matagal na yung tawas na yun stocked kase yun ni mother ))) parang di ata effective for me..

I started this regimen a month ago. Tamad Kasi talaga ako magpa-beauty but since I'll be 32 na this year and recently gave birth, I have to start taking good care of my skin. Saka nakita Ko Kasi maitim pala dati si krista miller. Maputi pa Ko kaya Possible pa pala magpantay skin Ko.

I can't take iv gluta kasi nagpapadede ako sa baby ko. But So far naman I see an over-all improvement.
