ok,thank you sis,dito kasi ako sa US,and i don't have any idea na may nagbebenta pala ng Gluta dito,wala kasi masyado mga whitening products dito eh,more on tanning kasi mga tao dito,kaya super ako nahirapan maghanap,ayoko pa naman gumagamit ng lotion,and just want to maintain my fair skin,ok naman ba yun sis?mabilis ba ang effect nito?and wala naman ba side effect?thank you

I think its safe naman kasi mabibili naman sya over the counter sa mercury huli kong bili ng met is 45pesos ata each u have to take it 2x a day para mas effective..ang bata nyo pa pala mga ineng!
basta sunblock lang kayo lagi pag lalabas ng bahay

I think whitening Lotions and whitening soaps helps alot especially if you use it continuously,I stick to a certain  products if i find them effective for me, there were times that i tried prods that newly out in the market, yung ma eenganyo ka talaga but at the end i tried to go back to my HG's.

IV and Oral glutha's are effective, not just for whitening, it makes your skin glowing also.

whitening soap sis. dapat regular nga lang then samahan mo ng whitening lotion. ang mahal kasi ng mga glutha and metha eh.

Ano specific yung ginagamit mo? indeed, 45 peso / capsule haha. But very tempting pa din kase gusto maging kaskin color si Fretzie or anne curtis lol.

I'm using NOW FOODS too right now. Pero i didn't get it from GNC, ang mahal kasi dun. hehe
i remember i started using skin lightening products when I was 15 din, yes effective ang Godiva, i suggest you use those stuff first, tas later nalang kayo mag-gluta, pag mga 18 or so na nga kayo. I used then yung Godiva licorice soap, cream, toner, and yung greentea sunscreen nila, and also the compact powder

sises, sa mga gusto talaga ng safe and effective way to lighten skin, better consult ur derma first. may mga derma clinics naman na ok at affordable

i've been using the godiva soap.. and it leaves my skin peeling and dry.. though i'm using lotions..  i dont see any good results.. also the godiva lotion.. i dont like it

do the usual skin-lightening regimen, for rosy skin, eat tomatoes, or take lycopene supplements, it'll give your skin that natural rosy tinge

Hello Sis! I'm 14 y/o (mag 15 na sa darating na June) Natural na maputi naman na ako. Kaso gusto ko pa lalo pumuti at kuminis LOL. But kainis gawa kasi ng mga kagat ng lamok nawala kakinisan ko. . Nakaka inggit nga naman talaga yung mga super white and kinis girls. Hays hirap talaga pagdaanan ang Teenage Vanity sis noh. Hehe. Hmm, ako ang ginagawa ko lang Sis. Use lang ako ng whitening soap (I use Kojic) then whitening lotions (I use Vaseline naman) tapos (matawa man kayo), nag susuot pa rin ako ng jacket sa labas kahit mainit, LOL. o kaya long sleeves. Para ma protect ang skin syempre. Plus payong pa sis. Kasi kahit anong paputi mo pero naaarawan ka naman eh sayang lang. Kasi si Mr. Harsh Sun talaga ang kalaban ng skin ng mga girls. Plano ko na nga rin mag take ng gluta eh. hehe. Kaso ipon muna para dun haha. Yan lang Sis  Sana makatulong kahit papaano.

hmm pajoin! dahil morena ako before at mestiza in the future eto naman saken:

kojie san kojic soap
calamansi before maligo
kojic body scrub (bought from the spa)
Glutathione with alpha arbutin face and body mask (bought from spa also)
b&w with spf 50
ishigaki ultra white combo wuth vit c and gse hehe

grabe sunblock is a must kung gusto pumuti..

SKINWISE really works wonder on my skin... super effective and super smooth ang skin,, hindi halatang you are using some whitening products and hindi pa sya nagpeeling..

sis ako kasi ganito ginagawa ko sa knees ko:

scrub your knees with whitening scrub, yung saken kasi glutathione with alpha arbutin salt scrub yung ginagamit sa mga spa gamit ko ngayon or if you want try natural alternative just mix olive oil,white sugar,pinch of turmeric,calamansi and evap milk. tantyahin mo na lang basta dapat malapot cosistency niya then yun yung iscrub mo sa knees mo every other day, then ibleach mo rin ng whitening mask. yung gamit ko naman glutathione with alpha arbutin whitening mask then last apply ka ng creams (any bleaching creams will do) gamit ko kasi magic cream eh hehe para mabilis. yun lang mega advise hehe

yung katas ng lemon, its very effective in making your elbow flawlessly white.. try it mga 2 days lang kita na effect.
