Is C-Lium Safe?

Hi guys... madalas ko mabasa at marinig ang C-Lium. Is it healthy ba talaga? Medyo constipated kase ako eh and hindi din ako mahilig sa fruits and vegetables, kaya I always feel bloated lalo na kapag malapit na ako magkaperiod. Ang end up ko eh umiinom ako ng laxative para lang gumaan pakiramdam ko.

Gusto ko lang sana malaman kung [textspeak!] ano ba talaga health benefits ng C-Lium at kung magkano yun.

ang alam ko 100/sachet yung c-lium... organic din ata ang c-lium, di ko lang sure.

I've been taking this supplement pero pastop-stop.  Ngayon, back ulit.  Sana nga bumili na ako dati nung 1 bottle(400 caps) mura pa dati.  Nagkaroon lang ng commercial, nagmahal na sila. 

As for the effects, naging normal na yung bowel movement ko.  Others use this as lose-weight pill.  I'm not sure if it's effective though.  Initially, I thought of using this for detox/internal cleansing.

Im using this pero pahinto2 din I used this because constipated ako before and ito ang sinabi sa king ng doctor ko pero pansin ko pumayat talaga ako dito and reg na bowel movement ko kaya nasanay na din ako sa paginom nito

Gusto ko lang talaga maging regular ang pagbanyo ko kase ang panget sa pakiramdam eh. =)

Nagtake ako nito. Grabe diko keri ang lasa. It's like plema,pero me pagka brownish ang color since fiber nga ito. I'd rather eat fruits ang veggies. Kakasuka..

same here, i can't stand this, maski ihalo ko sa kahit anung juice..even coffee and softdrinks nagtatake na lang ako ng fiber tablets from HO dati and i eat oats sa gabi.

I suggest you take the capsules if you don't like the "plema" texture.  LOL

You can buy it from any drugstores.  P650 na agad bilis ah.  Last week P600(400 caps) lang.  I suggest yung tingi muna bilhin ninyo, i bought mine P2.50 each sa Watson's.

My sister said the problem with this, if you take it on a regular basis (over a month, every day before each meal) -- when you do decide to stop taking this ... you will get constipated for about 2 days.

As a weight loss aid, she said that it does not work that well.  You have to combine it with at least 1 Xenical tab for the last/PM meal.

I tried taking this, but found it too tedious to down 3-5 tabs 30min before each meal.  Madalas kong makalimutan or I just couldn't wait for 30min to eat.

Kelangan ba talaga before meal ang inom nya? hindi ba pwedeng after meal? in one day 3-5tabs ang naiinom mo?  effective ba sayo nun uminom ka?

does C-lium have any other ingredient apart from Psyllium Husks?

i use Maxellium, or i have my mom buy in bulk, rather than the branded ones. i like using psyllium husks to help me poop whenever i'm on a juice fast and i'm trying to detox. it also helps get rid of my hunger cravings when i'm dieting, because you feel full on the fiber.

safe ito kasi natural ingredients...i bought one bottle for 650/400 caps na yun...i take 10 tabs in two divided dosages...the next morning ilalabas mo  na mga nakain mo the day before...i don't take it daily though kasi nakakatamad magantay ng 30 mins. like what our other sisses are hehe
