If you're familiar with Connies Kitchen, they make the bottled daing sa oil, etc. They have a store here in New Manila across Mt. Carmel church. They have this brand of pb that has Malunggay in it. Then there's coco sugar + Malunggay also. Will try the Malunggay one soon, kakaintriga yun. Tha SA says di naman overwhelming the Malunggay flavor.

Been meaning to buy but no time pa. Will definitely let you know what it's like when I do. Sabi naman ng SA the malunggay taste is mild Lang daw. This should be interesting tho.

may 1/4 pa yung Peter Pan honey roast crunchy namin pero bumili na kami agad ng pampalit. (Love that particular PB  brand talaga!! )

Hehe! Natatawa naman ako sa pagka imagine niyo ng lasa nito mga sis. Well eto, I just finished my pb and j sandwhich using Jojie's Delights Homemade Peanut Butter w Coco Sugar and Malunggay. So it still tastes and looks like pb naman. Smooth Siya, medyo may bit of green cast/color, but kulay pb pa din. It's kind of grainy, I think due to the coco sugar. Now sa Malunggay part: when I first ate it straight sa jar, I could taste a hint of "green" to it, if you know what I mean. Di naman overpowering, may aftertaste lang, not naman bitter at all. I made a sandwhich na now Lang I ate, and now napansin ko na may more of a Malunggay after taste na medyo bitter-ish lang, again it's not bad. It's even better with jam so it'll mask it a bit. But if you don't mind the mild after taste, then this'll work for you as straightforward pb naman. I wonder Lang what, if any oil this uses. Sa ings list only peanuts, coco sugar, salt and Malunggay ang nandon. It has oil, it's like Lilys or Ludy's consistency, pero not swimming in oil ha. It set a bit sa ref but it sat out now while I typed this and soft na Siya ulit. Eto eating it straight out of the jar.

Now will I eat it, yes I am di ba? I like odd combos like these that work. I also like the use of coco sugar, if you've used this na you know iba young sweetness niya, parang panucha or brown sugar but milder. There's
also one variant wo coco sugar. Plus you get Malunggay greens goodness so this can't be all bad. A nice way to sneak veg in your kids sandwiches.

^^^^ pass din ako kung may aftertaste.. my kid cousins who don't like wouldn't eat it either.. "ang hirap i-trick ng mga bata ngayon na kumain ng gulay" - from my aunt hehe.. pero it's good to know that they have stuff like that..

Welcome sis! Ako din I try eating healthy and I love veg so ok Lang haluin sa pb. It's also only P125 for a jar, forget ilan oz/gram, mga 200 g yata.

    San to meron? I see yung mga cheeses nila didn't know meron sila sugar-free Pb. Do you also know what sugar sub they use? TIA!

^nakita ko yan sa Market Market pero nung time na yon on Cohen Diet pa ako sa bawal. E ngayon maintenance na ko, pwede na. meron din sila made with muscovado sugar.

I see this in Market2 also before. Masarap ba kahit sugarfree?
