Vegetable oil or palm oil minsan. Sabi nila healthier daw. Dati nagtry ako ng olive oil kaya lang mabilis nasusunog saka di ko bet lasa. I did not know na healthier din ang canola oil. Matry nga bilang maggogrocery ako today haha

Go for Canola oil. No to vegetable oi. it contributes to cancer in the long run. For olive oil, heard that it's not good as well in frying but is good to use in salads and pasta.

I use olive or coconut-derived vegetable oil.

No to palm oil because the palm oil industry strips orangutans of their natural habitat, leaving a huge number of them endangered or dead from lack of food, shelter, and exposure to predators.

I use coconut oil also. No after taste. The brand I'm using is minola. I read somewhere canola is the dirtiest, if i remember  it correctly. Plus, doctor Farrah recommends coconut oil din talaga.

pag ako bumibili, canola oil kasi mataas sa good fats daw at wala sya lasa so pwede ko sya gamitin pag tumagawa ako ng hummus or pancake. At mataas den ang smoke point nya so maganda sya sa frying.

I watched sa cnn ata or basta documentary na nagkalat ang fake olive oils. Mafia daw ang may pakana ng ganyan kasi mas malaki kita nila compared sa drugs or other illegal business.. so kahit yung mga sikat na brand or mamahalin, eh fake daw kadalasan. They use sunflower oil daw tapos nilalagyan lang scent para akala mo olive oil talaga.
Kakainis noh? Pati mantika eh japeyks na rin

I used to believe that apart from olive oil, next to healthiest oil is the canola.  However, I've learned in keto diet, canola and other vegetable oils should be avoided because they're inflammatory and other not so good things about these oils.

Instead, we use coconut oil like yung minola and spring which is definitely healthier not to mention cheaper.

Palm oil is pressed from the flesh and kernel of the palm oil tree fruit       while
Coconut oil comes from the white meat -- or copra -- of the brown-husked coconut fruit.
