Kapag ako ang magluluto ng ulam, Jolly Canola oil. Kapag papa ko, usual sari-sari store bought mantika, ayaw nyang gumamit ng Canola oil kahit anong pilit kong mas healthy.

Kapag medyo special na food, Olive Oil at Extra Virgin O.O minsan pero konti lang kasi ang mahal ng e.v.o.o. hehe.

I like using Cooking Oil Spray for my food, kasi "0" Calories ;) kahit mahal at least walang guilt feeling.. onti lang den naman ako gumamit...

I use canola.  Mura lang ang 1.5L ng sm bonus. Around php150 only. :)

mga sis napapansin nyo ba kung nagbububbles yung oil na ginagamit nyo?  Ako kasi hindi ako nag-uulit ng oil pero nabububbles pa rin.

dati i used to love the idea of trying out different kinds of oil when cooking. paiba iba binibili ko to see their effects on the food. LOL. but that was 4 years ago, now i settled with canola oil when cooking. healthy yet not too expensive.

frying: Canola or Sunflower oil
saute and sauces: Grapeseed oil
salad only: Olive oil

I don't use Olive oil for cooking kasi carcinogenic sya. Lalu na pag high heat yung lulutuin na food.
