^yes every saturday from 2:15-3PM. We didn't have class the past 2 Saturdays as the instructor had an event (pedia convention i think). Maybe we'll see each other there! You can try asking if you can do a trial class muna, let me know I'll send you Dr. Liz's email

^^They said na they will open last week of september pero yesterday sabi nila malamang october daw kase denied daw sila twice sa permit ek ek something. I asked if sure na yun sa october pero hindi sila makapagcommit eh. So baka malamang hinde. Problemado nga ako kase shang branch pinakamalapit sa amin. Hope they'll open soon!

Any feedback on the music class of gymboree? I want to enroll my 2 year old to this class eh.

^van per my experience with S mas enjoy siya sa play and learn than the music. Maybe because she was at her kakulitan stage (1.5yo) when she took it. Di mo siya mapaupo. But when she took the same lesson as a module in the Gymboree preschool she did enjoy it. Nice din the music cause Hindi lahat typical nursery songs. They would have European music and even popular ones like beatles and 70s music. They also make the students explore musical instruments

^overall it was a good experience for S. she attended the toddler & nursery program. She enjoyed it very much since they have a lot of activities. The approach is learning thru play. plus she became very sociable. If you're interested, I can send you some of their weekly newsletters so you'd have an idea on the lessons and the activities

May nakakaimbyerna na assistant sa Gymboree Eastwood. During my daughter's play and learn class last Saturday parang wala sya sa mood. Ok lang kung nasa isang sulok lang sya eh but while Teacher Shelly was conducting the session, andon din sya sa tabi mismo (sa harap) nakasimangot and walang energy. I thought ako lang ang bothered but my husband approached me and asked kung bakit dun daw nakatambay and nagmumokmok yung assistant. So I asked my husband to tell the front desk. Maya maya tinawag yung assistant. Nakakainis lang gusto nya pala mag-emote andun pa sya sa harap ng kids. Nakakabwisit.

I brought my son last Saturday to a Kindermusik Village class. We did the 45 minute sing and play thing with teacher Suzette.

He seemed to have been ok with it, di ko pa masabi if he liked it or not, will also try the Gymboree Play & Learn to check if he enjoys the activity driven/based program more or if he likes the more laid back sing songy type of program like Kindermusik...

Do any of you moms have feedback on Gymboree at Shang Mall? That's the mall we frequent and I'm more comfortable going there than Eastwood kahit na the latter is nearer our village.

I went to check it out before I enrolled H in Kindermusik and honestly I thought it looked great already hahahaha yun lang H is too young for activity based classes which is why I went with Kindermusik. We're starting the 2nd unit this weekend. I'll check out if Gymboree is open na

It will take a few classes before you see any changes in J. H went from crying nonstop the first class to crawling and sitting beside other mommies and babies by her 5th class. Huge improvement, she loves the music and the instruments we use in class.

Dr. Liz didn't respond to my email about Kindermusik trial classes in Shang kaya I went with the one near our house na, hehe! Blessing in disguise naman yata kasi I learned from another mom that teacher suzette's classes is supposed to be part of the Maestro class chaka I really like her. She's really nice and plus factor is that if I enroll J in the Saturday classes it's just a 10-15 min drive away from our village. Iwas traffic! yay!

Talaga? It takes a few classes pala - well if that's the case then i'll most likely enroll him muna with the Village class and wait for him to finish it. Their next batch starts November 17 daw eh, which tamang tama he turns 8 months then. Siguro after na nga ako mag-try ng Gymboree classes, dont want him to get over stimulated din naman

Does H already interact with the other babies? Si J kasi deadma, hahahaha!!! He's just observing, maybe naiilang pa kasi. Eh samantalang sa house he grabs everything!

H isn't as scared anymore, she sits next to the other babies during class, sometimes even at the other side of the room from me! She likes to grab at the faces of the other babies though and pull the hair of the mommies hahaha One time one of the other babies was crying, this baby could stand and walk na though and H was behind her using her to pull herself to a standing position hahahaha

Kakatuwa naman how H developed from being scared/shy to being more independent! Sana ill be able to see developments also in J when he starts his regular classes!
