just want to ask about IP Cameras, where will the footages be saved? can't afford to have a cctv camera kasi so my option is having an IP Camera. TIA

Wow! Very useful this topic. I'll head off to cdr king later to check the ip cams. Yun muna for the meantime since we'll be moving to our new house this september. I'll still have cctv installed by then.

Hi! 1 type lang ba yung cam na mbibili sa cdr king? What type/brand of router can you suggest? Working din kasi kami ni hubby so we need this talaga in prep sa paglabas ni baby..

Sis madami kinds of cams sa cdr king. You can also check their website para macompare mo talaga and know which one will suit your needs. Yung router we bought din sa cdr king. Almost 1k din pero so far okay pa naman sya.

Got ours installed by Pcube. We got 2 bullet outdoor cameras and 1 indoor. We got the 2 outdoor package (11,900) plus we added an indoor cam. suma total almost P15k. We used our old monitor - must be VGA capable. We bought our own 500g SATA HD if you get it from them +P3,000. This can record everyday data for 1 mo of so.

All three cameras are installed outside, the outdoor cameras (pwedeng mabasa, maarawan) isa sa harap, isa sa gilid. Yung isang indoor cam sa garage namin pinalagay. Para makita din yung lalapit sa gate.

The cameras are night vision capable, sa gabi me red light hehe. Kaya wala na mgtangka lumapit sa bakod namin alam nila makukunan sila. I can sleep soundly at night. Plus we can check our house online anytime kahit sa iOS or Android phone pwede. Even my inlaws check online from their iPad or Laptop if they can.

sa mga gumagamit ng cctv? ano yan nirerewind nyo everyday at pinapanood talaga? di naman ba mahirap?

- The DVR records everything. Kahit na nagvvideo play back ka para panuorin ang mga nangyari, ngrerecord pa din siya. Depende kung ganu kalaki ang HD mo. Kung mga 500GB nasa 1mo or so na daw ang kaya irecord. After nun i-ooverwrite nya lang yun data ulit, uunahin yung first days na narecord.

Gusto ko nga rin maglagay for security reason na rin kasi uso nakawan sa lugar namin kaya lang pag-iipunan ko muna .

- Tama ka jan sis, yung sa amin ilang araw pa lang, ang dami ng revelations. Mga nagmomotor paikot ikot. Nagmamasid masid, pwede mo kunan and i-report. May magbobote pa nga na paalis kami and tumambay muna then nakuha sa CCTV na ngpahinga lang siya sa tabi tapos nun clear na ang lugar me pilit siyang inaabot sa loob ng bakod namin. Good thing natakot siya sa aso ko. Hinugot nya yung kamay nya.

may nakahuli na ba sa inyo na hindi tama or hindi kanais nais ang ginagawa ni yaya through CCTV ?

Yung sa amin hindi for monitoring ng yaya, pero wala pang 1 week madami na kaming na laman thru CCTV mga gawain ng kapitbahay na nakakainis like sa tapat namin ngpapark ng kotse nila. Mga tambay na estudyante na tinaggal pa yung pagkakakabit nun number namin (although unsuccessful-nireport ko sa school, ayun me sanction sila) i included cctv still shots. Mga pasilip silip na dumadaan. etc. Ngayon ilag na sila kasi alam nila na makukunan sila, subukan nilang lumapit.

Para sa akin, importante na may DVR para you can play back kasi di naman naten mababantayan lagi yung CCTV di ba?. POV ko lang. At least kapag me nangyari, you can always play back the video.

yung sa Goodhand 88, problem ko sa kanila, dapat daw yung DSL connection mo eh static (hindi pabago bago ng IP address), eh yun na ang problem since ang PLDT DSL namin eh
dynamic (changes IP address every time), eh kung gusto ko naman daw 24/7 naka on ang wifi modem namin which is natatakot naman ako baka magkasunog kung naka on
24/7 yung dsl.

Yung sa Pcube, sabi ni Ms. Joan, okay lang daw na static/dynamic, no problem naman daw.


Ang hirap humanap kasi siyempre gusto ko yung maayos naman ang service.. still thinking..

^hi sis, kahit dynamic yun IP address puwede naman yun iregister na DNS (Ex. homecctv.dyndns.org), try mo sis inquire dito kasi lam ko good service naman sila though mas mahal sa iba, 3460112/09228863419, Xtian (mysolutions inc.)

Dalawa din yung pinag-pilian namin. Pcube and WebTech (featured in Kumare Club, watch in YouTube) -Mas mura yung same package sa WebTech pero when i compared the after sales services mas OK for us yung sa Pcube,  Kasi if ever masira man sila ang gagawa or minimal lang ang charges ng repair if ever man.
