mga sis anung brand usually ang binibili niyo sa dept store pag bumibili kayo ng Curtains na ok at matibay...

kasi plan sana namen bumili ng Curtains..yung simple lang at madali ma-assemble...kaso hindi ko naman alam ang dapat i-consider when buying this,maganda kasi yung pag punta namen sa mall may idea na kame...baka meron po kayong pwedeng mabigay na tips TIA...

hahaha,,, i go for native curtains..marami niyan sa divi...and theyre cheap (less than 500p) yung sa room namin bamboo bead curtains (cost 200pesos), then yung sa windows, bamboo stick curtains..(costs 300p)..our home theme kasi is filipiniana ..(native theme).

^ my curtains at home are ARQ brand, available at our home. may store din sila dati sa market market but i'm not sure kung nandon pa.

my curtains are simple lang, yung nasa living room are just katcha-like curtains. meron din nito sa SM pero walang lining so ang nipis, kita ka from outside pag naka-on ang lights. yung sa ARQ mas mahal pero may lining.

in terms of what you need to consider when you buy, very important is you know the measurements of your windows. curtains are sold in panels normally so you need to know how many panels you need to buy. and of course, pick a curtain rod that will also match your curtains.

some have double curtains, may medyo sheer sa likod tapos may medyo heavy curtains sa harap. for this, you need 2 rods. pero may mga standard double rods naman yata.

another thing to consider is the length. gusto mo ba hanggang sa floor? kasi iba-iba din ang length ng ready-made curtains.

sa assembly naman, madali lang naman yan. ang pinaka-marhiap na is yugn pagkabit ng rod and that's not even too difficult basta may drill ka.

^^sis, Simply yata yung brand ng binibili ko plus another one that slips my mind right now. price range is around 300-500 per panel. these are the simple styles lang, hindi yung super kapal. plus the colors are neutral lang like beige, brown, chiffon whites, etc. or a combination of these colours.

I used to buy the ARQ brand from Our Home, but there was an instance when I was about to buy curtains from here, I decided to check on Homeworld first. I was surprised to see the same curtains at more than half the price ng ARQ. Since then, sa SM nalang talaga ako kasi cheaper. Though I still browse through ARQ's, kasi magaganda designs and of very good quality sila.

may na gustuhan na naman akong curtain kaso di ko pa maisip san ilalagay ...it resemble goldcoins..it costs 200 pesos only..hahahaha!

ito ang next project namin ni hubby. tumingin kami sa our home pero di ko napansin kung anong brand. todo naman sa mahal. aabutin ng halos 7k yung 2 panel na makapal na tela plus 2 nung manipis at 1 curtain rod. post pa po kayo ng suggestions para makamura naman kami. thanks!

sis sa SM marami choices.. pwede ka rin magbrowse dun sa mga branded nila then ask mo na lang yung saleslady kung meron medyo hawig dun sa cheaper brands.

ganun ginawa ng mom ko. nakakita siya ng 800/panel na katcha like dun sa branded ng SM tapos when she asked the saleslady may pinakita sa kanya na almost the same pati tela pero walang brand. and ang price --> P300/panel lang.

I like the curtains sold at Landmark.
But iIf you really want good quality curtains but with fraction of a price compared to the ones sold at department stores, you can have one customized at one of the those stores in Baclaran. Pwede rin to choose from ready made ones.
Or if you know a mananahi, you can buy tela at Divisoria tapos patahi na lang.

We buy curtains from the market stalls near our place. Madaming klase, may manipis, may makapal, may plain colors, may printed, may combination, may lacey type, etc. Hindi rin naman nalalayo ang designs/quality from those being sold for P300 to P500 in malls. Yung makapal sa palengke nasa P150 to P200. Yung medyo manipis, nasa P75 lang. Yung P75 lang binili ko pero madami para palit lang ng plait, madaming choices. Pag madami kang binili, may tawad pa.

Recently, I'm buying curtains from SM Dept. Store na yung brand niya CORTINA (ganyan ata ang spelling niya haha). Gusto ko kasi yung mga designs at hindi mukhang makaluma with all the flowers and ugly color combo. Yung mga nabibili ko sa kanila, contemporary yung mga designs.

May magaganda din sa Our Home. Dun din ako bumibili kaso ang mamahal nga lang nung ibang curtains.

sale ang curtains ngayon sa rob department stores. di ko lang alam kung hanggang kelan. di kasing kapal ng mga ARQ curtains pero magaganda naman at madami ding designs.

bought sheer curtains nung thursday. i was looking for a curtain that will go with it kaya lang wala akong nagustuhang design sa sm fairview hypermart. tingin ako later sa sm north. sana mas madaming choices.

Yung mga curtains dito sa bahay pinag ipunan namin, 5 kasi ang windows dito sa bagong nirerent naming house. Kailangan match na match so sa same store kami bumibili, good thing may stocks pa sila nung bumabalik kami. Dun sa bedroom dinalawa ko para sure na yung sunlight di papasok. Golden brown yung color nya, tapos yung rod sa mga rooms silver ang sa labas gold. Dun naman sa kitchen bumili ako nung maliit lang, I don't know what it's called pero match parin. Sa Divi namin sila nabili, dun sa 168, sa second floor, store talaga sila for curtains, I just don't know the name of the store.
