aura cacia's sweet almond oil. i also love yung 45000 iu vit E oil ng jason's (but this is not always available sa Healthy options). but so thick. what i did na lang is mix a drop or two with my body lotion. moisturized skin all day.

question, for those who still use lotion after body oil (layer), does the lotion gets absorbed by the skin pa ba when oil is all over our skin na? how exactly do you layer your oil and lotion?

Hi sis. Around 600 sa healthy options. I forgot ilang ml, mga 50 or 100 ata. alternatively, you can use extra virgin olive oil (used it when i was pregnant). syempre mas mura and mas natural. but mej may amoy kasi eh. nawawala din naman,

Currently using olive oil as make-up remover, then gentle cleanser afterwards. So far no breakouts naman.

Ma-try nga adding olive oil with my lotion for daily use para hindi din masayang yun olive oil.

bumping this thread

mejo nag hoard ako recently ng mga essential oils and looking for ways to use them. i thought of adding them to my body oil. i use extra virgin olive oil all the time but i find the oil really heavy so i looked for a lighter alternative. and i used the eo's for their therapeutic properties. this is the recipe i came up with.

100 ml rosehip oil
drops of
frankincense
yllang yllang
rose
chamomile

wala akong specific amounts or numbers of drops kung ilan. just smelled it to my liking. the smell was so floral. akala ko amoy matanda. i let hubby smell it and he liked it. to my surprise, the scent actually lasted me the whole 8-hour shift at work plus more. i actually came to like it, mejo de-stressing yung amoy nya. i think the scent would be something you'd like to sleep on kapag light lang yung amoy (less essential oils).

  • Aveeno Skin Relief Shower & Bath Oil
    Palmer's Skin Therapy Oil (rose-scented)
Nature Republic Real Nature Argan Oil (it's for the face, but I use it on my body cause it's too heavy for the face

Nag-test ako kanina ng Body Treats Na lavander variant at nagustuhan ko siya. Might buy all three variants kasi subtle lang ang scent niya at madaling ma-absorb ng skin. Hindi siya kasing greasy/oily unlike pag baby oil ang gamit.

I've been using Neutrogena body oil since college. Super happy pa din ako til now that I'm 37 :D Nag add lang ako Bio Oil for my tummy since I'm currently pregnant.

I love Neutrogena Body Oil lalo na kapag taglamig. Di kaya ng basta lotion lang ang dry and flaky skin ko kapag malamig ang panahon. And ok din siya gamitin kahit summer since mabilis maabsorb ng skin.

I am looking for advice for the best post shower oil that is free from fragrances. I don?t need anything fancy- just a good occlusive that absorbs quickly. I have ?strawberry? legs and typically struggle with dry skin all winter. I normally use coconut oil, but I don?t know if there is anything better.

I plan to apply the oil immediately after the shower, while my skin is still damp. But I can apply lotion or cream on damp or dry skin if it would be more effective.

Thanks!
