maraming websites ng job hunters, you can always apply online dn.  As for the companies, puede din gather a list na na interested ka apply-an para once you are here, mas madami na siguro - esp for the companies na walang online applications. ask for referrals narin if you have friends here.

@blooming: i think anyone can apply as long as the university is on the list of qualified institutions.i was just looking for online jobs and i came across the program so i decided to give it a shot..thanks so much for the tips sis, i'll look up companies before i go to singapore

sis just try to visit the website of each hotels you want to apply kasi minsan nakalagay na dun yung mga vacancies nila.

going to SG is very easy, kung risk taker ka puede ka punta dito sa SG as tourist then hanap ka ng work. kasi sa pagkakaalam ko madalang yung agency dyan sa pinas na ang location ay SG.

Hi ulit mga sis i'll be in singapore for 4 days...what can i do there on a budget?and madali lang ba gumamit ng public transpo? it's my first time to travel alone and i'm bad with directions kasi.hehe.would it be too expensive to take a cab from, let's say,geylang bahru to jurong town hall road?

on a budget? and 1st timer then just go to the tourist spots like esplanade (merlion), sentosa etc.

super dali ang transpo dito and ok lang ang fare ng cab basta may additional chrage sila pagpeak hour, midnight charge and kung kukuha ka ng cab from the airport.

geylang to jurong is dulo to dulo. you can use:

pagdating mo dito sa sg just ask sa mrt staff for this map and its free or better yet just print this out.

sis kung ang biyahe mo ay geylang to jurong mag mrt ka na lang convenient naman ang public transpo nila at baka malula ka sa babayaran mo sa taxi.

as alexme said hingi ka na lang ng map sa mrt station or kahit sa bus station normally bawat bus may map route sila ng sarili nilang destination (tama ba yung sabi ko or magulo basta kayo na lang umintindi )

mukhang babalik ang pagiging shopaholic ko once i get there ah.mapapalaban yata ako ng shopping pag relocate ko.i'll be in oxley rise road.til now wala pa akong mahanap na positive results for nursing jobs.i'm doing it online so far.
sisses advice naman on relocating o.galing kasi ako sa arab country.what do i have to adjust to when i get there? yung visa upon arrival how long valid din?thanks so much

@ bluegintonic, kung tourist ka, max 30 days pwede.. but if you're looking for a job, search mo EPEC MOM sa google.. this will allow you for a longer stay to look for a job if approved..

adjust sa multi-culture dito.. the smell of the food and the people.. medyo mahal ang rent if wala kang ka-share.. food and public transpo are quite cheap.. weather is like pinas.. shopping malls are all over the place.. and madaming magagandang Singapore GTers.. harhar..

there's one at 2nd Floor Shenton house, Shenton Way.. victoria Dental Center po ata ang name..

i had a root canal treatment a month ago.. magaan [textspeak!]  kamay ng dentist, great customer service hehe.. tas [textspeak!] finafollow up ka pa nila day after and week after how you are feeling.. and pababalikin ka pa for check up even after treatment is done..

15-20sgd price difference.. i compared the price sa local dentist [textspeak!] mga nasa within community [textspeak!] mlapit samin..

i already have a place to stay in there.i'm moving in with my fiance who's an engineer there (lagi namang wala kasi offshore work niya)-actually he doesnt want me to work na nga kasi he wants me to concentrate on studying...i'm studying for my US board licensure exam.

Funny u mentioned the people and the smell-same thing here in UAE.

I became a shopaholic/fashionista here in UAE.kanya kanya naman kasing trip dito.kung carry mo eh di go! jan yata slim/payat ang uso.jan ako di makakasabay hahaha

Sana kadagdag ako sa lumalaking bilang nang magagandang GTers jan sa SG.

good morning mga sis

bluegintonic try mo din visit yung website ng mga hospital dito sa SG minsan kasi andun yung list ng mga vacancies nila at madami na ding mga Filipino nurses dito.

sardonyx di ako makasagot sa PM mo. sa work ko di naman need ang maging CPA din pero mas maganda kung convert mo sya dito. Pag convert mag take ka ng 5 papers then 4days seminar CPA ka na dito kapag naipasa mo lahat yung papers.

RE:ACCA eto po yung chartered accountant recognized sa madaming country like Canada, Australia, Europe etc. puede ka din kumuha ng ACCA dito tapos puede din diretso sa CPA.

ako nga nagkamali dapat pala nag ACCA na din ako then diretso sa CPA. ang inisip ko kasi convert agad ang hirap pala nun kailangan tutuk talaga at aral. kaya next year balak ko mag ACCA na lang tapusin ko muna yung Logistics course ko dito
