hi girls...thanks sa input about sa taxes...olive...bakit naman off limits....dapat yung may no hehe

nung pumunta akong crocs sale di gaano maganda and super haba pa ng pila kahit friday lunchtime na ako pumunta. sa hall4 ang bentahan pero sa hall5 and pila so pagpila pa lang papasok eh 1 hour na. they sold only sandals. nung last year pati clothes binenta...ang dami kong nabili

sana nga matapos na tong recession para maka ahon na tyo.

Waah! Di ko makita yung huling SG thread. I got an offer na mga sis.

SGD2, 900 as Crewing Secretary sa isang Shipping Company. Is that reasonable na ba? Or can I negotiate? They want me to start ASAP. I am considering it, just a bit worried where ako titira etc.

may relocation allowance ba sis? kasi ako when binigyan ng relocation allowance, more than enough for a start.

ang 2900 kung single ka, ok na.

500-600 for a room
500 for food
200 ezlink

parang ganun magagastos mo.

Walang relocation allowance sis kasi they keep reiterating that it's a local employment etc.

Tapos may yearly bonus daw. Also, ask ko lang, ilang days ang annual leave sa SG and ano ang average weekly hours sa admin jobs?

Dito kasi sa UK, maximum is 42 hours/week. At the moment my contract here is 37.5 hours/week. Or is it like Dubai where you get paid including off days/weekends etc?

Mataas ba ang taxes sa SG?

Sayang di na ma access yung last thread, dami pa namang tips dun. I am researching now for possible places to stay etc.

mandated yata talaga yan sa company pag 1 year ka na = 1 month salary bonus.

depends din sa company kung ilang days ibbigay sayo, as for my previous employment 21 days AL. 8 hours/5 days a week. on top of that pwedeng they'll pay for OT or in lieu na lang, added leave.

15% yata for foreigners. not sure though.

ang bonus di po mandated yan basta maganda profit ng company they give. ang allowed ng MOM for AL ay 7 days pero depende sa company kung ilan ang ibibigay sayo.

sis malaki na ang S$2,900 offer sayo for admin works anong shipping company at san ang place para dun ka sa malapit maghanap ng bahay para tipid sa transpo.

dun sa gustong magka access sa old thread PM nyo ang mod para bigyan kayo ng access.

ay oo dati 1 month pa lang ako work may bonus na ako kasi end of year na yun eh.

2900 for admin work, malaki na nga. sabihin mo i'll take the job, make it 3k. haha

hapee ang tax ng foreigner halos the same din ng mga PR basta you classified as tax resident meaning you stay & work here for more than 183days. may table po dyan basta ang annual income mo ay less than S$20k exempted ka pa sa tax kapag more than may bayad ka na basta yung first 20K exempt yun.

pero kung di ka tax resident pero may income ka generated here ang tax nun ay 15%

sis, serviced apartments similar to sommerset, yung may kitchen para makaluto din for the patient. tnx
