cindylulu, may i know whats the standard warranty of your electrolux ref?

Do they offer a better coverage than the standard 5 yrs on compressor and 1 yr on labor?  sorry, i have to strike this out because im getting conflicting info.

^that's right. 5 years warranty on compressor and 1 year on labor. we bought ours at sm home appliances btw.

@sis twelve5, di na kami kumuha ng extended warranty. mapapamahal na lalo. actually di kami kumukuha ng extended warranty sa mga nabibili naming appliances.

^ thanks sis... Honga, mahal pa extended warranty. Consumer Report nga doesnt endorse it... Naghahanap lang din ako ng "kasama" sa magiging decision ko about skipping it.

electrolux is white westinghouse din pala. yun na ang binili namin. thanks to the feedbacks here. we bought yung with adaptive defrost system (ETB2100).

samsung sana kukunin namin kaso i read nga na di maganda aftersales nila.

Finally pulled the trigger and bought a whirlpool . We hope our recipient would like it, and the ref lasts forever. *prays* 

Thanks to this thread, and with special mention to cindylulu for being exceptionally helpful... Sis, we didnt get an electrolux kasi we asked our recipient which brand mas prefer nya over the 2. But electrolux was a really close 2nd.
