regarding sa technology na sinasabi ng taga electrolux, hindi ko sya maintindihan. hehe... sorry po

yung sa sister natin na nagtatanong about sa sinabi ng SA sa SM appliances about the inverter type, may advatanges at disadvantages kasi ang pag gamit ng inverter technology. kung marami kayo ilalagay sa ref na produce at constant ang pag open-close ng ref, mas maganda ang inverter. kasi tama ang sabi ng SA, gumagamit ang inverter technology ng current o kuryente always. pero minimal lang. while sa regular na ref or semi-automatic na ref, nag i-stop ang motor or compressor to create cool air when the sensor sa loob ng ref already sensed na malamig na for the temperature na si-net natin yung ref. let say naka set lang sya sa 1, tapos ang katumbas na temperature ng 1 ng ref thermostat is 0 degrees celsius, hangang hindi pa umaabot ng 0 degrees celsius ang temperature sa loob ng ref, aandar ang compressor to create cool air sa loob ng ref. kapag huminto na ang compressor, that means, reached na ang 0 degrees celsius. dito na namamahinga ang compressor. yun ang advantage ng semi- automatic or regular refs compared to inverter. pero kapag aandar na naman ang compressor, may peak sa current bago maging constant ulit ang takbo ng compressor.

kaya mahal ang mga inverter type na appliance kasi hindi in the long run, mas matipid talaga sya sa kuryente.

Re naman sa freezer, natuwa ako yung sa ref ng friend ko na bottom freezer ([textspeak!] ba term dun?) basta nasa baba yung freezer tas parang drawer sya. mas matipid kaya or mas maganda kaya tong ganto? Sino na po nakabili ng gantong klaseng ref? TIA!

anyways, what i am trying to say is in the long run it is a good investment na meron kang inverter technology machine kasi matipid talaga sa kuryente especially if given the situation  na palagiang may bukas-sara yung ref or kung marami kang stocks of produce.

i saw that bottom freezer pero sa panasonic lang. type ko nga yung panasonic eh kaso hindi kaya ng budget ko when i moved to my house. kapag nagka baby na sa bahay, saka ako bibili ng inverter technology na ref

I got a fridge for my little family of 3 Condura! Ganda nya! Ang problem lang ang lakas magfreeze! I mean magyelo, as in parang once a week mo kelangan idefrost. Kahit low na setting ko.

ganyan din ref namin sis na samsung kasi yun ang unang ref namin.. mabilis din magyelo kasi hindi no frost. kaya gusto ko sana bumili nung no frost at inverter

^sis malakas kasi sa kuryente yung no frost eh. whats the inverter for? sorry di ko alam... pero gusto ko din yang no frost! triny ko na nga punuin yung freezer kasi baka kasi walang laman kaya lakas magfrost..... pero kahit puno ang lakas talaga magyelo! well at least mababa sa kuryente hehe.

kasi po husband and I are planning to buy our first ever ref, kasi you know nagsisimula pa lang kami mag ipon ng mga gamit namin 2...

un ke mother kasi mejo mga 10 years na ang serbisyo ng ref nya kaya di na nya alam bagong technology ngaun hehe

ano po ba ang dapat na isipin sa pagbili??? di po ba may dapat ka tignan kun mababa consumo sa kuryente??

3. where to buy - dapat mapagkakatiwalaan and ok sa delivery system
4. price - usually mas mahal yung energy-saving fridge pero ok lang kasi nga makakatipid naman sa kuryente.

i noticed na sa mga ref na tinda sa mga appliance stores like abenson or sm appliance, may mga numbers na EEF ba un??? dapat ba mataas na EEF or un mababa un number na nakaindicate ang bibilhin??

2 lang kami ni hubby so kahit 5cu ft lang..

at maliit lang kami un nirerent namin na place kaya di pede un malaki

nalilito na kami ng husband ko kung ano bibilhin  : panasonic na inverter ref or electrolux na eco-range.

sa mga sis na may gamit na panasonic (inverter) and electrolux (eco-range), kamusta naman ang:

1. quality : yung sa panasonic daw hindi stainless steel; while electrolux is.
2. energy consumption : matipid ba talaga?

Sabi ng SA dito sa Ansons, ang inverter technology daw ang focus niya ay sa motor (na nasa 150 watts), while yung tecnology ng electrolux ang focus niya is sa heater(?) (na nasa 300+ watts), and mas malaki daw ang energy savings sa electrolux (60%) compared sa panasonic (40%). di ko lang din sure if totoo yung sinasabi ng SA.

Panasonic (inverter) 16 cu.ft - 39,999
Electrolux (eco range) 15.5 cu.ft - 40,300 (with promo less 4k and free microwave oven)

^the SA is right sis. we bought the eco-range side-by-side electrolux ref over panasonic inverter. you may find my post helpful. pa backread na lang sis.

How's your electricity consumption now? You think naka-save naman ba talaga yung eco range ng electrolux?
my vote kasi is really for electrolux, yung may LCD sa door or yung side-by-side. while si hubby naman ay dun sa inverter type na panasonic.

^haven't turned it on yet sis kasi we plan on placing it at our condo but our unit is under renovation to date. after the ghost month, we will be moving in na (around 1st week of Sep) and i'll post our electricity consumption here right away. but based on our research and interviews on SAs and technicians, Euro standard na kasi ang eco range technology of electrolux that's why it's much practical daw in the long run.

im on a lookout for a new one. we need to retire our almost 6yo Panasonic. Though it is still working perfectly, the size can no longer keep up with our requirements. This was my husband's ref when he was still a bachelor and now with 2 kids, it's very masikip already for us. any recommendations?

^^look for tried and tested brands sis like panasonic, ge, electrolux, kelvinator. samsung is ok but there are growing negative feedback on it.
